I absolutely love going to J Alexander’s. I love the barbecue ribs. And the french fries are thin and crispy and delicious. My last visit was exceptional. The service was very good. I had just returned from Saudi Arabia and had not had pork for a month. The ribs Just made me very happy. I highly recommend this restaurant even though it’s a chain.

I took my mom here for lunch and she thoroughly enjoyed it… my mom said the hamburger she had tasted fresh.. I enjoyed the crab cakes, and I must say it had more crab meat than filling. I absolutely adore J. Alexander they never miss on the food. Always top-tier. Service is mediocre at best..

Terrible. Service and staff has really declined. Turned my family away of 6 people and two toddlers after church saying they couldn’t have us together at one table. Despite NOBODY being in the restaurant. Very disappointed and will continue to visit the Redlands in Peachtree over this location.

Came to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, made sure to put it in our reservation and not a single person acknowledged it, our service was awful and was barely there. Was supposed to be a nice restaurant but the people next to us were in sweatpants. Was an expensive chilis basically. Don’t suggest and definitely would never go back. Definitely don’t go if you’re celebrating anything because nobody will care

The manager has continuously been sweet and helpful every time I come. I drive far to eat this place and I’m gracious for the service, staff and quality of food. Never dissatisfied or disappointed

We always enjoy our time at J Alexander’s. This time our server, Adrianna made it even better. She was so friendly and personable. She checked in on us, answered our questions and even looked up lychee fruit on her phone so I’d know what was in my drink. Then she volunteered that they served carrot cake as a birthday dessert!

We were told it would be a 40 minute wait, but it was actually more like 10. I appreciate them for finding a way to get us stayed seated so quickly. Talia our server was very attentive and the food was delicious.

I'm only here to comment on the black woman being asked to give up her seat and her table for white people, and was being treated less than human.

The racism... I would have feel some kind of way no matter who they was asking me to get my seat up for.

I truly hate racist people and places like this. I don't want to shop anywhere that I'm not wanted and not valued. (Ask Walmart) I would not have wanted to stay there after being ask to move.

People if you are not happy with the services, products and/treatment walkout and never return. I rather keep my money then to trust them making my food or providing any type of service.

There is never a second chance with the way America have treated black people. So the first time a person show me or treat me some kind of way I stopped talking to just leave they're not even worth my money or my time they are a whole lot less human than they think that I am.

I know my money is not going to put them out of business but that ain't what I want to happen in the first place what I want to do is just keep my money in my pocket I can cook and eat at home.

I recently had an encounter at Red lobster where they would not substitute potatoes or corn for broccoli because I'm a diabetic.

So instead of me buying what they had to offer I just got up and walked out I kept my money in my pocket and found someplace better to eat with a valued me and treated me a whole lot better I actually had a better experience at the other place.

People in general and people of color especially your money matters and if you stop spending it with certain folks things may change.

Did you hear about the racism of this establishment how this lady was asked to get up out of her chair and allow two white customers to sit down and when she refuse, they took her drink if out... Do not patronize this race restaurant
