Food was edible, not good by any means. Potatoes no seasoning, food was just bland, service sucked. Will not be

This is the second time they missed my coffee. I called them and I am not sure if that young man who answered the phone was the manager. I complained as I needed the item for my husband that got out of the hospital. He was rude, didn’t apologize and did not fix the problem but told me it wasn’t his issue. Bad administration I never liked that place from day one

The food here was enjoyable. I liked how the place looked. It reminded of what the past was like. The skillet hash was really good. Although I feel like the potatoes could have been cooked more. Also, I noticed another post saying go to the first watch please don't. The last time I went there they totally screwed up my food. It was all burnt on the bottom and gave a burnt flavor inside my mouth.

The food was good but the biscuit and gravy skillet could have the gravy on the side when it is a Togo order. They had the gravy on the bottom on aluminum foil.

I ordered a sausage and gravy skillet, eggs Christopher, a chocolate chip pancake and a side of bacon. The only good part of this food was the bacon. The biscuits were soft and undercooked nearly raw, the potatoes were raw, and the egg on the Benedict was overcooked and not runny at all. The pancake I had was CRUNCHY.The sausage and gravy skillet we ordered is not what we got, we received the skillet with the bacon, bleu cheese, sun dried tomatoes and spinach. When calling to complain about the order, they refused to refund us without going into the physical location and bringing back all of the food untouched for a refund.I even explained that I live an hour away and just coming back wasn’t an option and the manager of the location said she wouldn’t do anything without all of the food untouched in its original form brought back for a refund. If you’re going to go to J Christopher’s, go to the one in Woodstock. It is the ONLY good location I’ve had and the customer service at this location was enough to make me never want to come back, the hostility the manager showed at their own facilities mistakes is disgusting.

So it was a quite nice shop, some issues is like our server was taking care of all the frount tables while their was other servers. Its like they al tagged team however they were seperate if that makes sense. One of the people on the line I watched him itch his eye and then proceed to touch food. The dude had the same gloves on with not changing them. The food was good it was homey you know simple but delicious. Also the menus are not all the same some was missing pages some had more things and etc.

Amazing. My first time was about a week ago. The biscuits and grits were amazing. Grits very creamy, cooked to perfection. Oh boy, the biscuits truly melt in your mouth, so moist battery. Can’t remember our waiter name but she was the best came back to the table so many times just to check on us. The owner came over and introduced himself to us. Super friendly place, great service, great food. I went back a couple days ago, same exact thing, good hot food, same great service with a smile!

The last time I was here was at the end of COVID and I wasn't impressed.I was going to meet a friend here and after reading some of the reviews I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised.I actually showed up an hour too early. The wait staff and the manager were lovely and when we finally ordered, the food was fresh. Not exceptional and I think a little bit overpriced but it was still very nice. I was pleasantly surprised and would absolutely go back.

We hold a monthly networking meeting in J. Christopher's private room. It's a great location. We can order breaksfast or lunch items. The food is always very good and our service is excellent. Karen is our server. She's wonderful! She's gotten to know us and what we need from her. She keeps the interruptions to a minimum and takes really good care of us.

I couldn't be more disappointed. The steady decline of this location has made it impossible to give it any further visits. They are now consistently awful due to slow service and rude staff.

If you’re looking for bland and cold food look no further then j. Christopher’s. 15 years ago this place had a stranglehold on the Atlanta brunch scene but others caught on quick and thank god they did. This place stinks. Oh and super over priced.
