⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 — A true Southern hospitality gem! Food is flavorful, service is flawless, and the staff is absolutely amazing!!! This is without a doubt the best J. Christopher’s location in the city. Steve delivers top-tier hospitality, José works magic in the kitchen, and Angelica brings such a warm, welcoming energy to the dining experience. I'm a regular to say the least!

Service and atmosphere was good for the most part. I had just discovered the location in Savannah and it was pretty good so my expectations were high. Here my skillet and potatoes were soggy on the bottom and didn't really have a flavor no matter how much salt I added. Not to mention the toast was super dry and we kept having to ask for obvious stuff (like silverware and water). Our server was really nice but overall I'm really disappointed and probably won't be back.

So I’m writing this review because on Uber Eats they have a buy one get one free deal. In my notes I wrote what I wanted for my second meal clear as day. My food comes and the free meal is no where in sight. They had the nerve to write on my receipt please order 2 meals for deal. This was not stated on the uber eats app at all. This was my first time and last time ordering from them. Attaching receipt.

I received the gift of breakfast in bed from this restaurant Sunday morning for Father's Day using Uber eats. Unfortunately, 3 of our meals did not come with the toast/biscuits they were supposed to. My triple play breakfast was not a triple, and bacon was missing from mine and another meal. I guess this was our mistake because this store always misses something. But not usually this much. Upon calling the store the manager said there was absolutely nothing that they could do. Upon using the Uber eats app, we received a pittance of a refund that did not reflect the cost of the items missed. Congratulations on losing us to First Watch. We choose J Christopher's because they have the unhealthy white bread toast that I love, but I suppose I'll have to replace it with First Watch's Million Dollar Bacon from now on. Look forward to more reviews like this on Google, Yelp, Uber Eats etc unless you do something about this soon. I have all day of my family taking care of me, so I have plenty of time to paste this review everywhere.
After posting the above review on Facebook, they replied that I need to contact the corporate office for assistance.
J. Christopher's really? More of my family's time needs to be spent on this? Including having to go through back and forth with a corporate office which SHOULD have all the details already, but I'm sure won't.
Better fix.... Refund all our money AND a gift card for our repeated inconvenience. The only way change happens is if the people who can make the change are inconvenienced. Yer you want my family to be inconvenienced. If you inconvenience us, then that will change our behavior, not yours. Your system needs to be fixed.
We ordered Chicken and Waffles and the waffle was bland and the chicken tenders we made from frozen and had no flavor at all.
We also orders the crepes which were just a thin omelet with no crepe like texture. If you've never had crepes you may think these are good but they definitely aren't crepes.
