Went there, thinking it was a coffee shop and realized it’s a high-end coffee cellar that supplies the best restaurants in Atlanta. The friendly lady at the desk offered me a cup of coffee for my trouble. It was incredible!

Good coffee,J. Martinez is friendly and knowledgeable. However, the lady Heather at the desk is not a happy person. She seems overworked or frustrated with her job. J. Martinez may need to put her in a back cubicle where she would not have contact with customers and where she'd probably feel most happy, since she lacks the customer service skills to help preserve the company's reputation.
