I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. I was served food that was RAW and OLD, which ultimately led to my hospitalization. When I initially noticed the issue after taking a couple of bites, I returned to the store to address my concerns. I requested either a refund or a fresh replacement, but the manager on duty, Corey, refused to take any action or rectify the situation. The lack of care and accountability was shocking. Not only was my health put at risk, but the customer service was completely unacceptable. It seems this business has no proper chain of command or concern for resolving serious issues. I hope others consider this before dining here. No one should have to go through what I did. Customer safety and satisfaction should always be a priority, and unfortunately, this location failed on both fronts.

Nice environment, good vibes and music while waiting. However I went on a Saturday so they were kinda busy. However I didn't wait long at all

Placed an over the phone order and when I got there they hadnt even started my order Then got my food and and my wing were so soft because they were rushing to make they because they knew they should have had my food done 25 mins before that. Wasted $35

Love J.R. Crickets wings! Always get the 10 piece, Hot Buffalo, with fries and they're always great! Must admit, the fish smelled delicious! Think I will try it next time I go downtown. Service was great, fast, and friendly, wait time was minimal, everything was hot and fresh. One of my favorite wing spots in Atlanta!

We came in and ordered a 10 piece, hot with ranch sprinkles. So good! And got it with sweet potato fries. We also ordered the ribs and onion rings. Great comfort meal! Great service. We will be back

THIS IS THE WORST WING PLACE I EVA BEEN TO IN LIFE ..!! I WAS N TOWN FROM DALLAS & WENT HERE ..!! GOT A 10 PEC WING IT WAS READY IN 3 MINS ..I FOUND STRANGE BUT THE BOX WAS HOT SO I DIDNT CHECK ..!! GET BACK TO HOTEL LOOK IN BOX & EVERY WING IN DA BOX WAS TINY COLD & OLD ..!! WE COULDNT EVEN EAT THEM ..A WASTE OF $20 ..!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD ..!! THEN GOT A BIG SIGN THAT SAY “ALL SALES FINAL” & THATS CAUSE THEY SERVING PPL ANYTHNG ..!! PISSED ..!!
