Ugh...I dont want to write this. Ive been a fan of JR Crickets for decades, since the first Bush was un office and things change as the days go by and I can unfortunately say this spot has too in a way that isn't great. This location doesn't accept cash and they make you order amn pay ahead of time using a smart phone. Very limited human interaction makes the service seem cold and uninviting. The waitresses were walking around answering all the questions I had but I didnt like how everything is referenced back to my phone. On top of that, there’s an extra charge just for ordering through your phone, which basically feels like they’re passing their card fee straight to customers. So I'm charged a fee, the price of food, and given a tip prompt, all before I take my first bite. I ordered the Whiting plate (small fillets by the way) and it was mediocre at best. The handful of fries given felt undercooked, fish felt overcooked. I guess the good news is that they dont fry everything in the same grease. I learned not to goto a chicken spot for fish.
Running a business is tough but long food waits, forced service fees, and small portions add up to an underwhelming experience. Once again, I didnt want to write this, however, If they don't know, they cant improve.

Horrible customer service....The waitress closed my ticket out at 11:30 ..... closing time was 2am. My date asked for a glass of water ....NEVER CAME!!!..LOL...ORDER INCORRECT...I SHOULD HAVE ADKED ABOUT INSPECTION SCORE...STAY AWAY....EXCEPT FOR Cigar lounge and Ms. Jewsome.... she was great...Drink would have intoxicated an ELEPHANT!

The food was horrible! We ordered lemon pepper wings, chicken strips and fries, and mozzarella sticks. The chicken was salty and tasted like old fish! The wings were tough!

The customer service is so bad here. I like the cascade drip and that’s why I keep coming, but literally every time I come there’s a problem. The weight staff is just not attentive and they’re inconsiderate. I try To support, but they make it so hard every time I come. I question why did I come again????
