Customer service at this place is A1 always don’t let the outside take away from the food but the food the customer service and everything is always on point. I’ve never had an issue. I was in town for the day and I wanted to make sure that I have the ability to go try it cause I hadn’t been here in a while and oh my God it was like home for me. I love it!

I frequently visit this J.R. spot for a while now. Always speedy service and tasty bites! Don't miss out on the Dirty Bird and the Sanchez. Staff is incredibly friendly. Already looking forward to my next visit!
I’m at home In J.R. crickets this where it feels good to black, and the food, Bay-li-see-mo, chefs kiss. I love that the chicken wings ain’t chewy and ain’t to dry they right there in between, but I canOnly speak for the one on across from chic

I ordered lemon pepper wet, why did my wings look like hot with lemon pepper sprinkles. I have had lemon pepper wet before and the wing color was never red. I asked the guy about it and he said that’s how they come. The young lads with the scarf and long nails had horrible customer service. Never

Man this location use to be an ATLANTA Staple, idk what has happened, but this location has fell off tremendously!!!...This is sad to say but you might as well go to American Deli.....??...the wings are pigeons....they aren't good at all??????.... Hopefully the North Ave location has kept its integrity & still serves a product worthy of being called JR CRICKETS!
