I joined this company the year before the pandemic. The first year was rough to say the least. Transfered me to.a different store over 2hrs away. Pandemic comes 2 weeks after I cross my yearly mark for benefits. Owed 2 weeks of pto... nope get layed off during the pandemic. I drove 4hrs everyday to work 5 days a week to get layed off and pto not payed. All Healthcare and benefits ceased immediately. They truly didn't care about there employees. I busted my but and drove hrs everyday for what.... run as fast as you can from jackmont. Absolutly no care for any employee.

I visit Friday's on Delta concourse and did enjoy my experience. It was a busy and waited for a table for over 30mins. Once I arrived to my table the waitress came over to take my order and I gave her my food and drink order at the same time because I didn’t have much time left. By giving her both orders I thought I was going to get my food out faster but I wanted another 40mins for my food. I had to pack it Togo by then. I over heard more customers complaining about their food taking a long time also. This was Very unsatisfying. I won’t be coming back. Your restaurant should be considered of people time and that were inside a airport.

My family and I went to T.G.I. Friday’s for dinner after a long flight and we encountered the worse experience ever. We asked to be sat where we could see our bags on the carousel. So the hostess sat us in the corner of the restaurant, about 20 mins went by before our waitress came over. Her exact words were are y’all ready to order? My husband said yes and we ordered our drinks and she came back to take the food order. The drinks took 20 more mins to arrived and the food took around 45mins. We never got checked on. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. Beside that we over heard a lot of loud arguing coming from the back. I don’t know who run that restaurant but We didn’t have a pleasant time there at all. The food was ok but wasn’t that hot and our drinks stayed empty, we never got refills, and I never seen a manager. I’ve been to T.G.I. Friday’s in Duluth were we stay and it’s not like this. We are treated wonderfully there. It’s a manager always out walking the floor. I find it strange that both restaurants are own by Jackmont Hospitality. It’s completely different.

I flew through Atlanta Airport today and decided to stop and have a drink and a bit to eat while I waited in my wife to pick me up. I ate at the Friday’s in baggage claim. I don’t usually complain but my experience was not so great. My drinks were ok but my food was colds and taste old. I asked if I could get fresh food and the waitress took my food back and brought me more but it tasted the same. Then she took that plate away after said something for the 2nd time and it tooked about 30-40 mins for her to bring my food back out. I asked for manager she came out and didn’t apologize, she just said she will take the food off. I wished I could rate my experience ZERO. NEVER GO TO FRIDAYS INSIDE ATLANTA AIRPORT, you will be very disappointed!!!!
