Very disappointing! Dry Pastrami and bagel sandwich was tasteless. Didn't seem like an authentic deli otherwise the service was fast and people were friendly.

As a NYer this is the only place that I have found that has NYC like fast service in the middle of Buckhead!!! They are attentive and made fresh coffee as soon as I told them they were out of coffee!!! The Bacon, Egg n Cheese on a roll was good....roll was soft....will go back!!

Food was overpriced. Both bagels that we ordered came out burned and low quality. The lady who brought our food out had fingernails that were two inches long and in our food. Do not recommend.

Lots of options. Decent food/sandwiches. Wish for freshly sliced meat, like the pastrami and roast. But I don't think it's authentic as a NY sub spot. It is to the point, and seemingly clean place. I call in my orders because parking/pick up is very inconvenient. If you're lucky, you can get 15min parking in front of the condominiums. If not, you'll have to park in the garages.

Fast delivery from jacks New Yorker Deli!!!excellent taste. Plenty of lox in this bagel perfect tomatoes onions and cream cheese all fresh.

The service and the food was amazing. I came here after the gym and had a Reuben and a Spring Salad and 10/10 the food tasted fresh like it was made by someone who cares. The staff was extremely friendly and the music was good and at a good volume. I will definitely be back here! The only con I have is that the forks are a little flimsy. Other than that you should go!
Closed early and didn't bother to tell grub hub. Somehow accepted my order despite not being open. Wasted an hour of my time.

I’ll start by saying this. I have been eating at jacks for years and not a single time I have ever came here, have I had an experience like the one today. Was given the wrong order (not only was it wrong but it was really burnt and rushed) so I call them to inform them of the mishap and was told to come back to get the correct order made. Thinking this would resolve the problem, it didn’t. I came back into the store to this man behind the counter telling me he doesn’t want to see or take the wrong order and is being very rude, not to mention during the drive back, HE DIDNT EVEN PREPARE THE CORRECTED ORDER, instead told me what he wasn’t going to do and called me a ‘n***a’ this place will not get my business any longer

Went there after looking the menu up online. I was a little shocked to find out that they didn't have prosciutto as advertised on the menu, and in fact, the girl working there said she's been there for four years, and they've never had it one of the reasons I picked to go there was to get prosciutto and a sandwich ended up getting the tomato mozzarella Panini, and halfway through eating found a 2 inch long hair in it. Will not go back.
