The only reason why I am giving them 1 star is because of them messing up my order. I ordered a vegetarian dish and they gave me a chicken dish. The way they handled the situation was also very bad. I had to ask for the refund and they never came forward with it. Bad experience and will never order from here.

We came for a nice family dinner. We made a reservation ahead of time and they were still so unprepared! We waited almost 2 hours to get our food and we still didn’t get some of our food! It was awful, to end it all despite us telling them our concerns they still added a 20% gratuity. I appreciate and understand fresh food being prepared, however I don’t appreciate constantly asking for water, having no utensils, having family walking in to grab items that were missing, and having a server show up every 30 mins. As much as we would like to go back, the service was awful

We waited over 1.5 hours for our food and it was nearly cold when it came out. All the items came out at different times. Some items were missing as well. One item was ordered from the vegan menu for a family member who has a dairy allergy, but the item came out with cheese after an hour for it. We had to tell the waiter several times to please bring water but it also took a very long time to come. We told the owner that we were disappointed in the service after waiting for so long to eat nearly cold food. We wanted to give him a chance to fix the problem however, he said that there they were short staffed and there was nothing he could do. The check came with 20% gratuity added. We told the owner that we didn’t wish to leave such a high gratuity because of how terrible the service was. He refused the remove the gratuity. We won’t be returning to this restaurant.

I ordered the chickpea curry. It was really good. I also ordered the vegetable samosas which were delicious. I would order from here again.

I had the pleasure of dining here last evening and very much enjoyed my time. The atmosphere, staff and food are all amazing! They took the time to make delicious recommendations. I've already shared my experience with friends.

Delicious food and awesome entertainment events. The owner Anish is super friendly and an amazing chef with high hospitality standards. One of the best fine dining restaurants in atlanta!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Honestly, some of the best, if not THE best Indian food I've ever had. My friends and I went last night and I instantly became a regular. The staff was friendly, service was attentive and the atmosphere was really nice. But the main thing...is THE FOOD!! So good!

I'm not one to post reviews but this I had to post as a warning for future customers. The service is absolutely atrocious. Or simply put, non existant. And on top of that they charge a standard 20% gratuity! For what?? 20% is supposed to be for good service, but this was really really bad. We will never come back period. Also, had to send back a number of plates and glasses because it was still dirty! Gross! Diner beware! The food was good (only positive) but over priced for the portion size.

This is the best Indian food I have had in the United States in the last 30 years. I travel to India often and no my Indian food well so I do not say this lightly. I was utterly amazed by how good it was

The restaurant is great during COVID. We sat outside and keep social distancing. The location is in the back of piedmont park.

What a treat. We were in the area at a local brewery when we got super hungry and realized that this restaurant was in walking distance that we both hadn't tried yet. We hit the jackpot with Jai Ho. We ordered way too much food but finished it all anyway...it was just that good. Great bar, the Owner checked on us several times, festive ambiance and the flavor or the sauces put it over the top. We can't wait to return to try out some other options. Try the naan pizzas!!

Worst place to dine, ever. And this is not because of certain restrictions due to covid, it is because of the staff behavior and the quality of food. For appetizers, we ordered Dahi poori, the version we got on our table was a sad dupe. Neither did it have dahi inside the poori , nor the chutneys , nor the Sev or chaat namkeen. Main course was okayish, but our food came in about 45 mins after ordering it. I asked for pickle with chhole bhature, (another appetizer ), which got served right before dessert, and also I got charged $2 for it ( seriously?). Next I ordered Traditonal gulabjamun for dessert, which came straight out of the can to the serving dish, ice cold( no exaggeration here). It was literally out of the refrigerator, I had to send it back to heat it to bring to a normal temperature. After all this, they added 20% service fee by default to the total bill , for party of 2 people.Never going here again and wouldn't recommend this rip off to anyone. Really poor experience.

Jai Ho is slightly tucked away behind Piedmont Park, but well worth the stop. We tried the bang bang gobi as an appetizer, along with goat biryani, butter chicken, and garlic naan for the main course. Everything was delicious!
