Love the smoothies at Jamba Juice — always fresh and fruity. Great option when you need something quick and refreshing!

Close at 10 but stop making smoothies at 9, ridiculous. Guy was literally doing nothing. I'd give a 0 if I could

One person working behind the counter. Doesn't acknowledge anyone and clearly irritated w basic questions about menu. Watched 3 people walk away. This is at 3pm on 9-16-2025 if you would like to retrain your employee.

Service was quick and the one running it was friendly. There was no line when I arrived in the afternoon.

My daughter waited in line for half an hour to order a smoothie, and when she got to the front of the line was informed they didn't have fruit to make smoothies, which seemed odd, seeing as that is essentially their only product. She then just ordered a cup of juice because she didn't have time to go anywhere else, for which she was charged almost $9. But the worker took so long just to simply pour a cup of juice that after 15 minutes she had to leave to catch my flight. They assured us we would be refunded, but to date we still have yet to get a refund. I am not sure if this place is running a con or simply has grossly incompetent employees, but I would recommend not wasting your time either way.

Hours posted run until 10pm, but at 9:35 I was told “I’m not taking orders anymore because I’m closing up soon”.

Stood there for 15 minutes in the middle of the day, nobody in sight, they were clearly open and you could hear somebody in the back room banging around... Shouted a few times to ask if they were open, but no response...

Their website claims they close at 10pm, but when I got to the location it was already close around 8:55pm.

I read the reviews before and initially thought they were exaggerated but customer service is awful, they didn’t have everything, I looked closely to the cleaning of the things there and it’s really bad. Taste of what I was able to ask was different and bad.

I’m a customer and lover of Jamba Juices and the brand is awesome but this specific store is far less than the usual experience and taste and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND not buying there.

I use to work here they actually don’t care about there customers an the store gets very filthy I have videos of roaches an wen I complain nothing is done they also use dirty dishes an expired items an mixed watever in the smoothies just to get rid of a line don’t even ask for allergy someone could seriously be allergic and they get upset if u ask to make sure the manger was chrisetta an the Gm was Diana Kelly I will be posting soon my they don’t suppose to take cash but the manger love to take cash when no one is around I also reported that but she got upset an got me fired with no reason but I already know the reason lol

I think we got there during a down time so staff took a while to prep and get started to make our order. Shakes tasted alright, no seating available, this is just a storefront.
