Was okay. Was happy to see a Jamba in Georgia airport! They were out of a lot of things and could only make a handful of smoothies. The smoothie I got was missing 1-2 ingredients. It tasted okay. Definitely very overpriced. Service was okay. It is just a walk up restaurant in the airport. No sit down available in front.

Straightforward: this location was across from my departure gate, which was very convenient for me. When I arrived, I was the only customer, and there were two employees behind the counter. I was able to place my order without issue, and my smoothie was prepared and delivered in ample time. No complaints!

Wish I could give it 0 stars. There was no line, I waited for an employee who looked at me and went to the storage room. I assumed it was to grab something. 3 mins later comes out and with the nastiest attitude says “you know what you want?” I said “yes, I was waiting for you” she proceeds to roll her eyes and give me the nastiest attitude. I told her I did not appreciate her attitude for no apparent reason and that her behavior was unprofessional and she walked away while there were other people waiting in line. DO NOT GO HERE, WORST SERVICE EVER. She was also the only one working on Dec 21st at 0915!! She honestly deserves to not work there anymore. It was gonna be my first Jamba Juice experience and now it’ll be my last.

I frequent this location and there always numerous employees, but only one ever working even if the line is across the concourse making it one of the slowest experiences in the chain. The staff isn’t personable and service definitely isn’t their priority.

This location has a manager that's very rude to the customers and the workers.The airport should know about the poor customer service here ?. The manager is loud and ratchet. She has no respect for the people that comes through airport. I decided not to purchase after a 20 minute wait.

The orange dream machine was a $12 cup of orange juice. I didn’t see them add any frozen yogurt or sherbet. Half of the menu wasn’t displayed and the employee at the register didn’t mention that they had more option. They were also out of half of their ingredients. Very slow and overpriced. The woman at the register had a terrible attitude and was too busy chatting with her coworker to make smoothies in under 10 minutes each.
Like all the other reviews stated, customer service is non existent here. I was the only customer in line, and stood waiting while an employee literally took selfies of herself until another employee asked her to help me. Ummm, what? I proceeded to place my order and then waited while looking at a magazine. I hear one of the employees say “hey” in a loud voice, thinking she was speaking to another employee, I didn’t bother to glance up. This was followed by another, very much louder “HEY!”. Your employee was literally yelling at me. A simple “excuse me sir” would have sufficed. Unbelievable. She continued to tell me they were out of 2% milk, soy milk, and almond milk… sooooo, basically all major ingredients? You couldn’t have told me that before I placed a $9 order for a SMALL smoothie? Stay away from this place, it’s not worth your time or patience.

I didn’t even want to give this a star… that was the WORST drink I have ever had! Nothing in it was real… I was so disappointed. I even got a large. I took a few sips to verify…. I threw it out.

No one cares here about you, your flight and your time at this jamba juice. While I waited, at least 4 other customers left, and I mentioned to 2 other people how long I was waiting there. I have no issues with people talking and having a good time as long as they are doing something and working. Nope. Just stood there talking while we waited.

Customer service speaks volumes and I haven’t found one place in the ATL airport that has any customer service. The lady that was working basically hates her job. She moves slowly and clearly hates what she does. Kinda like Coffee Bean, they closed all the Jambas near my home and I was so excited. This lady sucked the joy right out. A smile goes a long ways. Even if you are slow, show some enthusiasm!
