Great service and food. The staff even brings the food to you. Highly recommended.
This was the worst everything. They need to be shut down. No jerk chicken is wet. Like where is the grill? There’s ketchup in the oxtail gravy. And if people like this place they never had real Jamaican food. This is diabolical.

***FYI , THIS IS NOT THE JAMROCK ON METROPOLITAN AND IT IS NOT RELATED TO THAT LOCATION***
Ordered Jerk Roti and only got 3 pieces of Jerk Chicken and Roti Skin on the side. This was the FIRST EVER TIME I HAVE SEEN IT SERVED LIKE THAT, It basically was a side of Jerk Chicken with a Roti Skin

I really didn’t want to do this but I spent over $40 and very dissatisfied with the food. Bland is not the word. No kind of seasoning what so ever. Guys do better. Us Jamaicans want to support you also. We know what the food should taste like. And trust me. It’s not this.

No seasoning or anything on cabbage just plain??? Smh never again
Jamrock…y’all know what you’re doing!!!! The energy was inviting, price was reasonable, the portions were generous and I’d been craving oxtails for a while. You did NOT disappoint!!! Highly recommended!

good service & good goat
I literally NEVER leave a review good or bad but this place sucks and is a total waste of time and money. Otw to get my nails done I decided to get food first and this was the nearest restaurant I found. While i absolutely love Jamaican food this is not Jamaican food.
The jerk chicken was baked chicken with the nastiest spiciest sauce over it( I guess to mask the fact that it was disgusting). Who bakes jerk chicken?!!!
The cabbages were extremely spicy as well, like inedible. The rice and peas was super dry and pasty like with no taste on it but more spice. For $15 dollars for a small plate, this was highway robbery.
On top of the food being nasty their service was horrible and the older guy I was speaking with to order had the nastiest and rudest demeanor I have experienced in a place of business, I should have took that as my sign and walked out before wasting my time.
I honestly don’t understand how they have any good reviews.
THIS PLACE SUCKS

This place is a must when visiting ATL! The customer service was amazing, friendly and welcoming. Real yaad vibes. The brown stew chicken was a hit with my picky toddler and the PATTIES.. sooo good I had get a few to take back home with me. I will definitely be back!
