My spouse and I love Jason’s Deli on 10th Street in Midtown! The people are friendly and accommodating and the place is always clean. I love the salad bar and tomato basil soup. The salad bar has a great variety and it’s always fresh and tidy. Not messed over like some salad bars. We also like the added treat of soft serve ice cream included at no extra cost. The price is reasonable too. One exception to my review, the seafood gumbo is not good! Don’t order it! Otherwise, everything is great!
They wanted to charge me $1.08 for tap water.
They always answer the phone and they always provide exactly what you ask for. Also, the food is amazing every time consistently this restaurant should never be rated less than five stars.

I love Jason’s Deli. I’ve been coming here for 15 years. I just tried to order a half tuna sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. Grubhub had a little issue on their site today, and there isn’t an option to pick the bread you want. So I called the store to politely ask if they can make sure the bread is a croissant before I place the order to them and to look out for my name. Not only was I told that it wasn’t possible. I was also met with a Karen who lacks communication skills, customer service, kindness, and hospitality. Instead of just making sure I had the right bread, she went out of her way to purposely act like I was out of mind for wanting to make sure the bread was correct and then I was called names. She needs better training with her emotions and comprehension skills. I was then hung up on and no answer when I called back to ask for a manager to clear the bazaar confusion since I come here too often.
I will never come to this location again. That’s was ridiculous and very unprofessional.

Jason's Deli catered a lunch for our team meeting. Excellent food. Excellent service. Jason and his team are great people!
This was my first visit. The store was clean, the cashier greeted me with a smile & my order was done quickly.
Was in town just for a day and I saw a sign for Jason's deli, which I hadn't been to one in at least 8 years because where I live now there are none. The service was great and the staff were extremely friendly, and the food was great too! If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely stop by.
Everything was cool
I ordered lunch for a department meeting at work. I was highly impressed. They did not miss a beat. Food was fresh and the delivery driver was friendly.

Oh my God Jason's deli just saved my life! They swiftly delivered my order and the foodwas Amazing!!!! Thanks to Tammy and the crew for an amazing experience! I found my go to for great food and a superior Customer Service and I'll be ordering again soon!
Man once again the same midtown 10th Street deli haa had a very bad time with the cooking of it food or the correct of its order very disappointing again spaghetti not done and cold piZZA DOUGHY ANS NEVVER RIGHT KIND
4 sandwiches and a Ceasar salad with salmon. Everything was fresh and delicious. Salad dressing on the side. Perfect. Will do again.

Manager with blue on the lady.made me feel harassed when I came in I greeted myself same as they did I asked for a cup of water cause I just finished my exercise ,as she came to reproach she made a comment of “if you get a drink ima jump
On your back ?” Why would u say that I must look like I steal ,I have a workout clothes why would I want soda ? Also I guess she thought it was funny when it wasn’t and that she was laughing with the team about makes it more sad .POOR management skills for her but I’m always going to eat Jason deli . It’s Good to tell your manager joking with customers about something that sound like I’m stealing is not nice look for the company.stay blessed and next time she has nothing to say to me
