I know it’s hard to find good people. But this Jasons Deli cannot be this unlucky. It has to be a general culture of not caring for their customers that is infectious.

Amanda Agon, who is apparently the manger, has a rude demeanor and doesn’t really care if the company losses business because of her attitude. If you get orders wrong, repeatedly, by sending togo orders out without all of the items, or serving hard bread, and you seem to get upset and combative when the customer asks you to make it right, you are in the wrong business.

This was one of our favorite spots to walk to after we've gone through Piedmont Park with our dog and then dine outside with him. They took away the outside dining on street level and now they only have it upstairs where you can't bring your dog. So disappointed.

Great sandwhich place, the Chipotle Chicken & Avocado Panini was tasty and perfect, the bread was just at the balance between soft and crispy, and I enjoyed every bite!

The food was excellent, the atmosphere was very relaxed and chilled and thankfully the music was kept low enough to enjoy but not loud enough to not have good conversation. The staff were all very friendly and Ive never been to a restaurant that had a free ice cream with your meal before

Jessy and Jason's Deli saved our butts. We were working a festival at the park next door, and our catering for 70 people fell through. I went in the store to talk with Jessi the Manager, to see if there was any chance on putting some food together. It was just her and two employees in there, right at dinner time, on a Friday night.

Jessy worked with me to figure out what she had left, and what kind of trays she could put together. Within just over an hour, she put 7 trays together for us. I was hoping for just some bare bones sandwiches, but they were loaded with meat, lettuce, tomatoes - all the works.

Our staff was incredibly thankful, and the sandwiches were delicious. Thank you so much to Jessy and the crew!

I have had the Muffaletta Turkey a lot, BUT not like this. The sandwich is usually tasty, BUT not like this. It didn't even look usual. It was like a puzzle to me, the way the cheese just SAT there. I wouldn't want another like yesterday. YUCK and where did this manger drop in from? Grouchy manager too said I would have to buy a soda to get a soda cup for the ice cream I love. And why would I share a tip with that manger? I wouldn't. I come to learn she does not share the tips with the bus boy who works more than her.

The service is always great the Ranchero wrap was good but it wasn't wrapped well it fell apart when you bit it. But the salad bar is always fresh and clean

I did not dine in; I had food delivered. And after what my grand daughter and I have been through this weekend...Wingstop order stolen by Door Dasher so we went to bed hungry; Home Depot delivery stolen because driver didn't call us as instructed... to actually have the food show up, they get 5 stars. That $10 delivery fee is bit whack, but moving my grand into her first off campus apartment, and depending on Uber, Door Dash, and store deliveries, it is what it is, and it is not for the faint of heart.
