Management was unhelpful. Staff could not take my order down properly. And when I called to request a digital refund the manager gave me a number of bull shit excuses. They gave me the wrong sandwich and took no accountability for it. Or even made effort to sincerely help me with my issue. All he could offer was a sandwich tht I would inconveniently have to leave work AGAIN to come get. Highly would NOT recommend this location. Very poor customer service.

Stopped into Jason’s Deli and got a salad with grilled chicken (I think?). First off—huge points for quantity. For the price, they really loaded up the bowl. They even gave me the wrong dressing (not ranch), but it was still good, so I rolled with it.
The inside of the place was... fine. A bit warm and the floors were sticky, which threw off the vibe. Honestly, the website made it seem a little more polished, but in person it had more of a fast-food, “get in, get out” feel. No complaints about the staff—they were polite and efficient.
Now, about the cheese. I’m talking mountain of cheese. I didn’t order extra, but I got what felt like a dairy-based challenge. Not mad about it—just impressed (and mildly concerned about my digestive future).
Would I recommend it? For the quantity-to-price ratio, sure. But flavor-wise and atmosphere-wise, it’s sitting right in the middle.

My experience was great after experiencing an issue. I ordered a Spud Au Broc with sour cream on the side. But was handed with sour cream on it. I quickly drew back my payment. Then the staff were so nice to remake it the right way. Even though I had to wait additional minutes I paid for the correct item I ordered. So what started out as a ruined dinner ended up being the best. Thanks to this staff

Delicious🍞🥙🥐sandwiches loaded with 🥓🍗🍖 meats & veggies 🥬🍅🫑🥒.& desserts plus free ice cream. This deli has chicken salad served on a croissant. My favorite is bacon, lettuce and tomato.😋 Great service. A lovely salad 🥗 bar. Huge dining area. 👍

This location is always clean, the food is always hot/fresh, and the service always makes you feel like you are talking to family. There is a black guy working the front and the floor and he is amazing! This is definitely a go-to healthy spot for me when I leave the gym!

I came in here on my lunch break I ordered a taco salad my food was good but the service sucked them women in the front has some nasty attitudes they need new people at the front cause they have bad energy

The restaurant was very clean. The salad bar and drink counter were organized and well stocked. It was busy, but they worked the line down in no time. I waited about 5 minutes to get my sandwich. It was warm and prepared just as I requested.

Came in yesterday. It really wasn't busy. The black lady cashier with the heavy makeup on had a nasty attitude because I didn't know that corn beef was part of the build your own meal and I had ordered a Reuben but didn't want sauerkraut and different bread. I sat down and waited a long time for them to bring over my food. In the meantime I had sanitizer in my purse n had to use it to wipe down my own table n seat because all the tables were nasty mine was the least. The dining area wasn't busy at all the online ordering was hold up the people waiting there including myself for our food. The buss boy kept grossing me out coming around with that garbage cart close by our table I hate tell him 3 times we were trying to eat n that was gross pushing garbage by our food. We eventually got fed up n left I won't be back to this location again. The one in midtown is better.

Do not order door dash from this store. They make the delivery drivers (who are not food prep trained) make the drinks. It’s a health issue and a bad business practice.
