The customer service upon entry is the first mention! Staff was pleasant, but Markel was awesome! After I informed him that I did not know the restaurant served loaded potatoes, he offered his suggestion, and the CB Ranch Potato did not disappoint! I will defi6tetuen and share my experience with friends!

I would like to highlight Briana’s customer service skills during my visit. She was incredibly patient and kind to every single person that walked in the establishment. Not only was she patient and kind, you maintained a smile almost the entire time I was in the restaurant. These type of interactions are what turn guests into regulars customers.

I had a terrible experience at this location! The entire time I was eating, some strange homeless person kept staring at me the entire time I ate my meal. The employees were very rude and unhelpful! Very bad customer service and the food was sub par. I would not suggest to eat at this restaurant.

Wow!! The staff let us stand where one used to order dine in before I asked for the protocol.. Thankfully I asked the one person who made I eye contact with me allowed me to figure it out. I asked the cashier if they still offered a half soup half salad special. But I looked on the menu and didn't see it. He told me that yes we have it. It's just not on the menu. None of the ordering exchange was warm or welcoming.. just obligatory. The restaurant was quiet and clean. The salad bar needed slight attention. All in all it was fine. Doubt highly I will be back. Just not for me.By the way, while my daughter and I were catching up. I watched another couple, actually family, stand in the same location that I stood for a several moments, perusing the menu, and no one said a word to them about where to order. I realize that for the new team, the current team that this is normal. But for those of us who are seasoned clients, who have been coming there for Years.... We don't order in that "corralled area" We know that if we want to dine in, we order at the other register. At least put a sign up, have your team eloquently explain that they need to order at the other register for "takeout" so that we don't feel like we're not unwelcome.

This location got both my orders wrong! I slipped up and didn’t check the food before leaving. The sandwiches were still good, but both were not made according to my request which was clearly on the receipt!

Worst Jason’s deli I’ve ever been to. The salad bar had no lettuce. There was a line at the salad bar waiting for the employee to bring more salad toppings although the store was not busy at all. I went to the front and asked the employee to refill some of the toppings, and she said, “we might be out” and never went to check. Not to mention my bowl of chili was cold. I will never return to this Jason’s. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. HORRIBLE customer service.

Visited on 11/19/23. Ms. Rebecca was amazing. Even though you don't expect someone to check on you in this type of concept, she consistently checked on us. I appreciate the attention. We eat at several Jason's locations but this is our first time to this one. My soup could have been hotter but that’s my only qualm.Two younger guys were also helpful, one had dreads. We will definitely be back!

Just moved back to Atlanta few months ago and this particular Jason’s is right by where I live. I am consistently getting meals from there. I have never ever had poor service or food poison for that matter (lol!!). Stevie sees me coming in and has my order right there at the counter. The other night there was an elderly lady at the counter ordering and he was helping her with the Jason’s Deli app on her phone. He was patient and sweet with her. It is people like this that you want working for you and running your business. I hope he is paid well. I have seen him recognize other customers too when they have come in. Customer service like that makes a HUGE difference.

To start off, my boyfriend and I got to the restaurant around 8:50pm and were looking forward to getting ginger bread muffins. I asked the person if they had any and he said no in a rude tone even though they were displayed at the front… my boyfriend ended up telling him that they were in the glass container & server ended up giving it to us. The customer service was horrible. We also ordered an avocado sandwich with 2 slices of tomato with a side of tomato basil soup. I ended up getting TERRIBLE food poisoning where I could not stop throwing up from the tomato basil soup and can assure you, I will not be back to this Jason’s deli. Extremely disappointed in the service as well as food. People need to avoid getting the tomato basil soup!!!!
