I’m genuinely baffled by the positive reviews. The service at the counter was unwelcoming, and the facility itself was in shocking condition - straight chaos. Given the location, I expected much better. I can’t recommend this place to anyone. The overall experience was so poor that I’m struggling to understand how others have rated it positively.

been thinking about making a trip here for the past month as this place has sentimental value to me (or used to i guess). drove over an hour and was disappointed by the extremely rude service. the short haired chick working has some weird chip on the shoulder. then i overhear the manager (or owner) and the short haired girl giggling about how they want to close an hour early just because..? and then they tell me and all the other paying customers to leave. overheard a conversation from other patrons how Java Lords deserves to go out of business and I am inclined to agree. As much as I have wanted to support this place everything about my experience here was so off putting. not to mention the the bathroom was like a gas station bathroom just utterly disgusting.
no wonder this place is dead.

Used to love this place, have been a customer since 2022. However, recently I've experienced cold treatment from the owner. Seems like there is a preferred clique. I won't be going back as I don't want to frequent somewhere I am not wanted. Disappointing because I otherwise loved the place.

Disgusting bathroom, closed before google, snooty girl behind counter. At least try to conceal your contempt for the customer a little? Checks off all the boxes of a struggling hipster biz. I’m not sure why they think the business model that exudes apathy and disdain for the customer is appealing at all. I wanted to like this place!

Walked in and the barista did not greet me or my daughter just stared at us. I ordered and she had the most disgusting look on her face the entire time. She practically threw my check and a pen at me to sign. After reading some of the lower ratings this seems to be normal and obviously acceptable customer service/ behavior for her. ABSOLUTELY NASTY BEHAVIOR!!!!
