Popped in for a drink and warm place to work for a while and absolutely loved the place. Excellent Chai Latte and Hot Apple Cider. Great music that wasn't too loud to still be able to work. Staff where super chill and friendly. Had outside seating and comfortable tables inside. Gender-neutral bathrooms were a great plus.

Parking: Public parking behind the building large enough to fit a 30' rig.

My name is Greg. My niece and I got to the area early for a concert at the variety playhouse. We noticed homeless guy yelling and screaming near there. We moved to the bench in front of Java. We were just minding our business and this guy comes over and starts yelling at us and trying to get our attention. The more we ignored him, the more agitated he became. Delicious espresso! Definitely the best I’ve tried in the south. I asked the barista/bartender what espresso they use and they’d told me the owner roasts their own beans and that they switch roast methods depending on the coffee harvest. I can’t wait to come back to Atlanta just for this coffee ☕️
