Asian and Italian food at the same time. A very interesting fusion between both cultures. Not disappointing because is very flavorful but spicy ?️ so be aware about it. The service is good but the atmosphere is very loud so have that in mind, but I definitely recommend this place if you want to try something different.P.S the parking is a mess and the street is very small and crowded so be patient.

Adored the unique menu and had the most amazing vietnamese pork pizza, Brussel sprouts, and bibimbap patty melt. Everything was phenomenal, especially the pizza. The miso ginger garlic base is so flavorful. Will definitely be back!

Okay, THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! Delicious food! Also, the service was great! We had Kevin and then Ryan. Kevin gave us the most epic menu breakdown when we asked for recommendations before he left. I was looking for somewhere cozy, yummy, friendly and new and I found it. This is my new favorite place to eat!!!

2 stars for the atmosphere because I like the building and the host was nice when I came in to meet my friend. Unfortunately parking is ridiculous aka nonexistent. Be prepared to park on some random street blocks away and as the staff will tell you on the phone “take a nice cute little walk”. This is the equivalent of a home with no square footage or closets listed as “cozy”. The food was really trying but mediocre at best. The lobster ravioli was hard and had been sitting. I have doubts as to whether the pasta was made in house. The lemon curd was tangy to the point of intolerable and I would say the same about the chocolate dessert in terms of richness. And I’m not one who usually believes in the “too much of a good thing” adage but in this case it’s very true. The orange wine was nice but the restaurant can’t take credit for this. And this was all EXTREMELY overpriced. We were looking forward to supporting this restaurant as they seem to want to support their employees with the health insurance surcharge which we happily paid but the food and portions were just not worth it. We could not stand our server but we hid that fact. It’s rare that I don’t want to speak to someone waiting on me and I did not want any part of her. She was awkward and knew nothing about the food and about as unhelpful as she could possibly be. It’s as if she thought just being there was enough. She truly did not care about our experience and this was on Valentine’s Day. And then it got worse. We ordered two desserts and we were still ordering drinks as we are not the type to just camp out. And they very rudely pushed us out. I’ve never had a host (the same one who greeted me) come and so blatantly run people off making it about pure greed and the fact that this restaurant cannot handle business when they get it. They can’t keep up with the pace and they simply do not have the space. But they make that their customers’ problem and that’s not how you do business if you want to stay in business. We have no desire to go back and I would not recommend this place to friends. Very disappointed.

Foodie Friday at @jenchansatl was awesome. It had an eclectic, small restaurant friendly vibe going that was really great, our waitress was attentive, friendly and helpful. Oh we also loved the food and drinks. Here is what we had:Lemon Pepper Wet Wings ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️These were small but extra delicious. Definitely were wet, lemon pepper, tangy, and a bit spicy. Very good!!Brussel Sprouts ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Charred Brussels sprouts with those amazing Mongolian honey glaze at the bottom of the bowl. The sauce is boss.Mongolian Beef Cheesesetak ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Basically a really good cheesesteak with some Mongolian style combination of sweet and heat. Definitely something different and something amazing. We devoured it!!Vietnamese Pork Pizza ❤️❤️❤️❤️A flat, square Flatbread pizza with lots of personality. Sauteed onions, garlic, miso sauce, ground pork, and Asian slaw on top. What an interesting and beautiful intersection of culture on this dish.Miso chocolate chip cookies ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️These were so good and they brought them out still warm from the oven!Ginger Margarita ❤️❤️❤️❤️A really good margarita, we just wish it was a little more ginger forward... but we would order it again!!#asianfusion #atlantabars #t_vfooduniverse2024 #foodiefinds #miso #fusioncuisine #cabbagetownatl #margaritaswithfriends #cookies #barsofinstagram #atlantainfluenceseverything #cheesesteak #fusioncuisine #bestofatlanta #pizza #mongoliancuisine #exploreatl #latenights #atlantablogger #bestofatl2024 #foodiesofinsta #foodiesconnected #foodexploration #cityfinds #atlantaeatsitp #atlfoodscene

Let me start off by saying I don’t go to JenChan’s near enough. It’s got great food, unique flavors, and a casual/ cool/ edgy vibe perfect for a date night, happy hour, family dinner, or just for when you’re hungry. I always recommend a reservation and you will benefit from making one on most nights. JenChans is almost always busy! When you first glance at the menu I recommend to stick with what made this place famous because they do that really well. The eggrolls/ bao/ wings are an amazing appetizer, the fried rice has so many options and is all cooked fresh to order, and the pizzas - let’s talk about the pizza. The crust is equally doughy and crispy. The flavors are familiar and comfortable but also adventurous. The Vietnamese pork is my absolute favorite! I’ve tried several different pizza combinations. All are good. None are as good as the Vietnamese pork! Challenge me on this….. I’ve never tried the miso chocolate chip cookie as I’ve never had room left after a meal, but it intrigues me every time. In addition to the great food on the menu JenChans makes products to take home. The C-Town hot sauce, a selection of frozen pizzas, frozen entrees, and even steak rubs are all available. I have never regretted taking something home for later. Overall JenChans is worth a trip and I highly recommend taking up the challenge to try other pizzas to love more than my favorite.

Vegetarians and vegans should be really careful eating here. We went to JenChan's for the first time this past Friday and were excited to try it based on all the glowing reviews. We made it clear to our waiter from the start that members of our party were vegetarian, so she recommended the roasted mushroom cheesesteak to us, which we excitedly ordered. Unfortunately the item brought out to us was the beef cheesesteak, and when we mentioned to the waiter the mistake, she didn't seem concerned at all. She asked the kitchen to make us the roasted mushroom one we ordered instead, which they then rushed through making so quickly that the cheese wasn't even melted on it when it came out. I've never seen a restaurant take such little responsibility and offer no real apology for an egregious mistake like that. All the other items we ordered were entirely unmemorable, so we left feeling very confused at the good reviews for this restaurant and overall incredibly disappointed by our overpriced meal.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options, but be very careful before eating anything brought out to you. We were brought the beef version of a vegetarian item we ordered.

Fun, neighborhood restaurant in cabbagetown. The pizzas are realllly good - they do their own twist that’s more of a flatbread style w Asian toppings. The mushroom pizza w goat cheese was incredible! Also recommend the wings and brussel sprouts.

JenChan's offers an incredible and consistent dining experience. The food is phenomenal. The staff are unforgettable. The games and mocktails are top notch. I'm happy to keep going back because it feels like I am with close friends and family stepping inside. Local business is best business. Love y'all and the lazzagna pizza forever.
