We are visiting from Nashville and this location is awesome. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, much larger scoops than we get at home and super clean.

My husband and I stopped by Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams for a late-night snack, and it was such a delightful experience! We were looking for non-dairy options and although they only had two flavors in-store, I opted for the Wildberry Lavender, while my husband enjoyed the Birthday Cake flavor in a waffle cone. The ice cream was incredibly delicious with an amazing texture. Even though I'm not usually a fan of dairy ice cream, I was really impressed! They also offer a variety of pint ice creams to take home, which have more non-dairy options available. The shop had a charming seating area, and despite being very busy, we were helped quickly. If you're ever craving a sweet treat, I highly recommend stopping by—it's definitely worth the visit!

When there is a line out the door can the one person attempting to clean and finally straighten up or refill napkins jump in and take some orders. It’s not very clean either.

Got a signature cup with 3 flavors: gooey butter cake, brown butter almond brittle, and bay leaf cheesecake. In the app, the free upgrade from regular to signature saved $1 and allowed me to have 3.5 scoops up to 3 flavors. Staff was nice, and he answered all my questions and let me sample a couple flavors. Ice cream was soft but almost melted before I was done. The place could have been cleaner because the floor was sticky. There’s limited seating, and the line can build up quick. Location is right next to a paid parking lot.

Love the cleanliness of the restaurant, the staffs and the flavors of ice-cream to choose from. Definitely worth the penny and the drive ? ? ? ? ? ❤️.

I came here with a friend and we wanted some icecream that night. Idk what kind of customers they usually get where they had to implement a rule of not being able to taste test more than, I think it was 2 flavors. I left empty handed because my first tries weren’t to my liking. ??‍♀️ oh well

on top of already having great ice cream, jenis always has such a great vibe. Jojo helped me and my friend out today and really sold us on some flavors while sharing a moment of sadness with us when we found out double dough was only available in the pint ):. lol but overall she was GREAT! really enjoyed coming here just like i usually do

Is this one of those stores, you have to be good-looking to be hired LOL? The customer service was a 10, the ice cream was great (salty caramel is the best!). Will be back!

Place was super busy! Line was out the door! That being said, the line moved quickly! We sampled icecream , picked our cup/cone, and enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the breeze
