I frequent this location often as it is near my neighborhood. Not sure what is going on lately but the staff needs to choose a better Music selection. They were playing explicit songs the entire time that we were there today for lunch. Graphic profanity, graphic sexual lyrics, etc. As an adult, I don't want to hear that. However, children were there. Do better Jeni's and correct your staff-- family-oriented establishments need to have a better standard.

I've never had an issue with the flavors they're consistently good. However, customer service matters just as much, and unfortunately, that's where this place falls short.

We visited as a group of 10 on a rainy day, and instead of showing any understanding, the employee told us to stand outside because “the line goes outside.” When we mentioned the weather and asked if we could wait just inside, he gave us a look and said “I don’t know what you want me to say”

Basic courtesy goes a long way, and this interaction left a bad impression.

Great ice cream, we visited there twice while we were in Atlanta!

Awesome service and very sweet ladies up front. Very helpful and kind hearted girls running the show. Definitely a good date spot if your in ATL for the night. Will be a customer for life 😁

We went to Jeni's Ice Cream inside the Krog market yesterday and my daughter asked the guy for a sample he gave us the craziest look still give her the spoon did not respond to anything, didn't answer any questions just one of the rudest employees that we've experienced so we didn't buy ice cream from this place. A couple came in behind us that was about his age he was nice to them.

FARIZA!!!! She rocked yesterday. It appeared to be an unusually busy time at Jenis yesterday which is expected. A line did form, but Fariza was amazing. She served a family of 7 WITH A SMILE and displayed the highest level of professionalism ever. She would greet each customer and explain that she would be stepping over to the sink to wash her hands. I just cant express how good it felt to be helped by someone with such great energy. Kudos to her!! I pray that you all will keep her and show her some love. Maybe incentive, more pay, etc. I promised her I would write a review. I hope she will see this.

Jenis Ice Cream never fails

Gooey butter cake is the best ice cream I’ve had in my life

Just came in 7/6 around 5pm. The young man who took my order yawned in my face as I ordered, then proceeded to scoop elbow deep into the ice cream tub… There was literally ice cream melting off his forearm and hands by the time he handed me my cone. No gloves involved. Pretty gross.

The best, gluten free options too.
