Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

Jeni’s is my absolute fave scooped ice cream to get in Georgia. I have one near my home and I frequent the Garrett location but yesterday around 9pm ish I had the pleasure of being served by Queen and Paris was the leader on duty as well. These ladies with their beautiful ice cream themed bandanas, exceptional customer service and kind spirits were sweeter than the sweet ice cream I was purchasing. As a consumer, a great product is important, pair that with phenomenal customer service and I’m hooked- although I was suppose to be dieting. lol. Jenis has a special place in my sweet tooth heart but I truly want to come back whenever Queen and Paris are there. Manager of this location and Owner/founder Jeni the way they discussed how amazing the ice cream is and how fresh the ingredients are…. I was ready to buy all the ice cream. If they see this message, keep it up ladies! You are special!

Great ice cream with lots of delicious flavors. My personal favorite is the milk chocolate.

Best ice cream ever!

I was really disappointed with my visit here. Ice cream is overpriced $8 for a waffle cone with the tiniest two scoops. On top of that, I was charged three times and still expected to tip, even though there was only one person serving. The employee was rude to both me and my girlfriend, didn’t ask if we were ready to order, and honestly seemed like she might have been under the influence. It made the interaction very awkward.

The ice cream is overpriced and customers get very little for what they pay. Management is the worst part — the GM, Tiffany, is extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional. I was fired on the spot for being only 8 minutes late, even though I still showed up ready to work. This place does not value its employees or its customers.

Love this location! The staff is great and the ice cream is always delicious. Love their location on the beltline, there’s always a bowl of water for the dogs outside, and it is located in such a beautiful neighborhood.

Very very slow service only have 1 person serving ice cream. Need to do better

Best ice cream- hands down. Love the limited time flavors — and the originals, of course.

This ice cream was way too expensive (…or I am not sure if the server was too stingy) but my ice cream with tip cost $12 … two small scoops. Maybe consider revisiting pricing in an effort to have patrons came back… sadly I can’t afford to come back. It’s a try-one-time type of product 🤨

This location used to be a favorite. Ice cream is delicious… customer service has gone down… and it matters when bringing the kids in for ice cream. 😔

I love this Jeni's location. It's my preference over the others in the Metro Atlanta area. The customer service is always good, they stay stocked with waffle cones, and the lines aren't always long like the others. Bonus points for its location in the charming, walkable, Glenwood Park neighborhood. It's along the quieter side of the beltline with optional parking availability too.

Very limited selection. Small store. Didn't even have vanilla. Won't come back to this location. Krog and Howell mill better choices.

This location is my fave Jeni’s location in the city! The employees are always so friendly and helpful, especially Nick.

Delish! I had 2 half scoops of citrus glazed pound cake and same of salty caramel, on a sugar cone . Terrific!
