Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

I was so excited to try…love the flavor concepts! However, have had better at a lower price point.

Fave ice cream and buttery fresh baked cones/shells since first visit in ATL 11 years ago! They taste like they smell! Tried opaque tonight and it was delightful! So happy to have closer to home in SC!

The employee watched me to see how much I would tip and then gave me two scoops according to the size of the tip amount.

I always love going to Jeni’s. Brooke was amazing. Customer service was excellent.

My grocery only carries limited flavors. So, I ordered some flavors to be shipped. I chose a delivery day that I knew I would be home all day. My delivery has been delayed a day. I don’t care how much dry ice they ship it in, I will most definitely receive melted ice cream as it will have been in transit for at least three days by the time it arrives. On the weekend, when they have no customer service available. From now on, I will stick with the other Ohio ice cream, Graeter’s, when I want ice cream shipped to Virginia. Theirs always arrives early on the day it is expected.

A friend and I split a small half and half scoop of Wild Lavendar and Darkest Chocolate. I really appreciate the variety of flavors presented and the fact that you can do half-scoops!!! They add a small sugar cone waffle piece right in between the two half scoops. After eating at Ponce City Market, this was an awesome place to grab desserts. So grateful. God bless you all!

In the Battery Atlanta and stopped in and we loved it! Awesome flavors and great service! We did a reel for it in our page!!

Went there and it took them 30 minutes to take my order the manager was standing at the waffle machine just looking all the waffles were stale in the crate so i had to wait for him to make one on a separate occasion i went up there to recieve a strawberry shortcake and the whipped cream had chunky pieces my daughter threw it up i recommend the krog location

No matter what location you go too Jeni's the best.

Apparently this Jenis has a habit of wrapping up and closing before closing time like tonight and a couple other nights. Not how to run a business - don't cut corners and stay to your hours.

I came here to say, I have never heard of this brand before but last night while shopping at my local Jay C (kroger), I stumbled across the Gluten free Gooey Butter cake ice cream and i’m so very glad I did!!! it’s delicious!!!! It’s not often us Gf people get to have cake and I actually don’t care for ice cream. I rarely eat it but that has all changed thanks to Jeni’s. I love it so much I might have ate half of it in one sitting….we listen and we don’t judge 😝. A+++++++++. Please don’t stop making this!
