Jersey Mike's Subs

I love Jersey Mike’s but at this location the woman making my sandwich completely ignored what I said put on my sandwich. Before I could even correct her I my sandwich was already in a bag and rang up. The lady had a terrible attitude and did not listen.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the two amazing ladies who saved my friend and me on Friday night, October 11. We only came in for food, but an older gentleman started arguing with us for no reason. If it weren't for these two women stepping in, things could have taken a terrible turn. Their compassion and courage in the face of danger truly changed the course of that night, and I will be forever grateful. I travel from Stone Mountain to Chamblee for the great food and exceptional service, and this just showed how much heart goes into this place. Thank you for everything.

I went to Jersey Mikes on October the 10 after an exhausting day and the staff did not disappoint. For me this Jersey Mikes is a great distance from my house and job but I’ll take that drive for this Jersey Mikes experience. I know we are talking about subs and how good can they really be, but let me tell you. The restrooms are always clean and fully stocked. The staff always greets me within seconds of walking in the door and the food is always fresher even if they have to replenish upon making your food. They make sure they aren’t stingy with the toppings. When I got home and my husband saw that I had a Big Kahuna Cheesesteak for him he was to happy. My Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak was so good. I can’t wait until I have another one.

Worst customer service the lettuce was RED! When I asked for fresh lettuce cause that was nasty they said that’s all they had but it was literally the bottom of the barrel. When I asked the store manager had an attitude and ignored me. After that they were rude and inattentive.
Who eats bad lettuce?

I go here on my teaching route they are great! One day I made a mobile order and unfortunately walked out with the wrong sandwich, but they ended up giving me a free Classic Italian the next time I visited and were very kind to me. I will continue to support friendly businesses! All of the women that work here are excellent people.

The team at Embry Village are the best. The food and service here is great. Salina and the team are very helpful and efficient with delivery orders. Always a pleasant experience ordering from this location.

All I asked was to pay extra for bacon on my uber eats order but instead my sandwich got bombed with extra vinegar and oils. What a waste of a beautiful sandwich when its drenched like this. The seconds i pulled the paper out of the wrapping it was already leaking. Nobody deserve to eat a soggy wet rag.

I finally tried the sub in the tub and it was good! What made my experience even better was the exceptional customer service from the staff members! Each person took part in making sure my experience was great! Ms. Anna greeted me when I came in, Mayela created my bowl and Salina answered all questions and grabbed me some fresh bacon! Thank you ladies for everything!
