I have been visiting the store quite regularly the past few months for a recurring weekly meeting,. My typical orders are four or five giant subs for our meetings. Recently, I had accidentally left my credit card at the counter and did not realize it until I was out of town. I had almost canceled my card, but noticed that no activity had occurred on my card and thought I might have just left it at my residence. I came back three weeks later, and the ladies recognized me immediately. They took me over to the cash register, and under the cash register was my card!! They had kept it for me, knowing that I will return for my regular order. This is most gracious, most stellar in this business. Thank you for taking the time and effort to care for your customers - ultimately, you have me as a customer for life!

The staff is great!

Ordered 12 regular subs (water & chips) for a lunch and learn. A mix of 3 types on 2 types of bread. Needed to pick them up when they opened. Everything was ready. The ladies who opened and had made the sandwiches were very pleasant and chearful. Thank You!!

Ms. Salina handled a catering order for our band's spring trip to Chicago. Once I gave her 37 individual orders, she prepared regular sub boxes with a cookie and chips. When we arrived by charter bus, she had the boxes ready and delivered them to the bus before the store opened for normal business hours. I appreciated the high level of organization and consistent excellent customer service from initial contact to delivery. As a bonus, our subs were prepared to perfection and the boxes were filling! Thank you Ms. Salina and Jersey Mike's Embry Village for kick starting the Tucker Middle School symphonic band trip 2025 with your subs!

The ladies here work like a fine oiled machine! They are so kind and pleasant. 10/10 I’ve had an excellent experience at this Embry Hillary plaza location. They are always smiling and happy to help. EXCEPTIONAL!!

This is best Jersey Mike's. The store is all ways clean. There sandwich prep area stays clean. I have been to several other locations and this one by far is the best.. Employees are nice too. Thanks.

The bread was soft and perfectly toasted, the meat was hot and flavorful, and the cheese melted to perfection. You can truly taste the care that goes into each sandwich.

The food is great, take off the tipping screen, it’s embarrassing

I love Jersey Mike’s but at this location the woman making my sandwich completely ignored what I said put on my sandwich. Before I could even correct her I my sandwich was already in a bag and rang up. The lady had a terrible attitude and did not listen.
