Great job in making wonderful subs for our Birthday party.

The staff is great!

Ordered 12 regular subs (water & chips) for a lunch and learn. A mix of 3 types on 2 types of bread. Needed to pick them up when they opened. Everything was ready. The ladies who opened and had made the sandwiches were very pleasant and chearful. Thank You!!

Ms. Salina handled a catering order for our band's spring trip to Chicago. Once I gave her 37 individual orders, she prepared regular sub boxes with a cookie and chips. When we arrived by charter bus, she had the boxes ready and delivered them to the bus before the store opened for normal business hours. I appreciated the high level of organization and consistent excellent customer service from initial contact to delivery. As a bonus, our subs were prepared to perfection and the boxes were filling! Thank you Ms. Salina and Jersey Mike's Embry Village for kick starting the Tucker Middle School symphonic band trip 2025 with your subs!

The ladies here work like a fine oiled machine! They are so kind and pleasant. 10/10 I’ve had an excellent experience at this Embry Hillary plaza location. They are always smiling and happy to help. EXCEPTIONAL!!

Food is way over priced. Not really worth it to me... I can get the same thing at subway for less.

This is best Jersey Mike's. The store is all ways clean. There sandwich prep area stays clean. I have been to several other locations and this one by far is the best.. Employees are nice too. Thanks.

Unlike other places where your food might sit under a heat lamp, Jersey Mike’s takes pride in cooking their hot subs fresh to order. This makes a huge difference in the taste and quality. I ordered one of their famous hot subs, and the moment I took a bite, it was clear how much the fresh preparation adds to the flavor. The bread was soft and perfectly toasted, the meat was hot and flavorful, and the cheese melted to perfection. You can truly taste the care that goes into each sandwich.

In addition to their hot subs, Jersey Mike's offers a wide selection of cold subs and other options, ensuring there’s something for everyone. I love Jersey Mike’s but at this location the woman making my sandwich completely ignored what I said put on my sandwich. Before I could even correct her I my sandwich was already in a bag and rang up. The lady had a terrible attitude and did not listen.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the two amazing ladies who saved my friend and me on Friday night, October 11. We only came in for food, but an older gentleman started arguing with us for no reason. If it weren't for these two women stepping in, things could have taken a terrible turn. Their compassion and courage in the face of danger truly changed the course of that night, and I will be forever grateful. I travel from Stone Mountain to Chamblee for the great food and exceptional service, and this just showed how much heart goes into this place. Thank you for everything.

I went to Jersey Mikes on October the 10 after an exhausting day and the staff did not disappoint. For me this Jersey Mikes is a great distance from my house and job but I’ll take that drive for this Jersey Mikes experience. I know we are talking about subs and how good can they really be, but let me tell you. The restrooms are always clean and fully stocked. The staff always greets me within seconds of walking in the door and the food is always fresher even if they have to replenish upon making your food. They make sure they aren’t stingy with the toppings. When I got home and my husband saw that I had a Big Kahuna Cheesesteak for him he was to happy. My Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak was so good. I can’t wait until I have another one.
