WARNING!!!!!!! DO NOT EVER EAT AT THE FULTON INDUSTRIAL/BAKERS FERRY LOCATION. The guy has the knife used to prepare sandwiches laying on the bare counter top next to the register and it is filthy. He wiped the counter top and used the SAME cloth to clean the knife. I asked him to if he could get a clean or different knife and he said NO, but he’ll give me a plastic knife to cut my own sandwich. This is how people get sick and an example of cross contamination.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent experience with your customer service during the shift today at 5:47 PM.

Unfortunately, my interaction left much to be desired. The representative seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns and lacked the professionalism I expected. Instead of providing assistance, the responses were dismissive, making me feel undervalued as a customer.

I believe that good customer service is essential for any business, and I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Really nice staff at this location!

I ordered ahead for lunch and I had to wait a minute for my food, understandable at lunch rush, but the staff, especially the guy at the register was soooo calm and super nice.

Worse Jersey Mike's EVER!! Walked in and placed our order and then stood there for 15 minutes while people walked in and ordered and got their food and left. They were not worried about people that came in and ordered they were worried about the to go orders that were piled so high on the counter. We waited and waited and finally, we left without our food and pissed off.

Now let's talk about how cold it was in there, I can tell you I was shivering and needed a jacket it was that cold. Awful absolutely awful, will never be back.
