Here we go, another take-out order completely wrong. Not sure how they manage to get just about every order wrong but they do. We order the same thing every time and we don’t eat mayo but they sure want us to. So frustrating. The service is terrible, the waits are LONG, the bread is hardly ever fresh, and again, the orders are always wrong.
Been trying to make excuses for this location for a few years but I think it’s time to pick a new location.

If I could give you less stars I would. Have you made sure the people at the location can even read correctly. They’re always on their phone. The food is never correct I mean truly not ever correct. And god forbid you order DoorDash you truly have no idea what you’re getting. I get you’re only paying then 10$ an hour but at some point something has to give. I will never go back to this location and I will tell anyone that will listen to also not support this location.

The guy at the counter kept declining my payment because I wasn’t pushing the high tip amount. He acted like there was an issue with Apple Pay. Dishonesty is not the best policy the XL subs seemed very small and so not great value.

Customer service lacking. I ordered two giant subs. The first was a cold sub and while making the sub the lady making my sub asked if I wanted it “Mikes Way” I did let her know which items I wanted and didn’t want. The second order was a hot sub the cheesesteak sub. She goes in the back to make and brings it back already wrapped up. I asked to include condiments and add some items on the sub she told me she couldn’t do it because it’s already made but she could give me mayo packets. Also, I had already paid before she brought the second sub out so at this point I had no leverage. I questioned this because just like she asked me for the first sub, it seems like she would have confirmed with the second sub, especially with the fact it was made in the back. I’ve never know a sub shop to not allow you to add ingredients to your sandwich. I guess once they make the sub the way they want to it’s over with no questions asked

This is one of my regular lunch places for a good sandwich quick. The staff are friendly and the sandwiches are consistent and made exactly to order. What else to say...

Parking: Typical free shopping center parking. Might not have a space up front but there are always spots on the premises.

My latest experience involved waiting over 25 minutes for a pick up order, mind you I came in 10 minutes after the originally suggested pickup time.There’s no blame on the workers, they are getting absolutely swamped with orders and are unable to keep up with the demand (only 3 employees during peak lunch time).Management needs to do a better job of either (or all of them quite honestly):A) hiring more workersB) finding a way to update their estimated pickup timesC) prioritizing to-go orders of people that are already in the restaurant awaiting their orderJersey Mike’s still qualifies as “fast food” I would argue, however there is nothing fast about it the way it currently stands at this location.

This was my favorite Jersey Mikes since I stay in midtown but they started charging me extra because I ask for “more” or “a lot” of my salad toppings. Their menu doesn’t state “you can only get x y z amount of lettuce” or there isn’t anywhere on their menu that states you can only get a certain amount of toppings or you’ll be charged extra. Now I just go to the Jersey Mikes down the street or by Lenox and I never get charged extra for wanting toppings that come with my meal. I would recommend going to one of the others. (The meal is just a veggie salad so of course I want a lot of my toppings since I don’t eat meat.)

Vegetarian options: Go to a different location or you’ll have to pay extra for your veggie toppings.

Shelly and BG were so friendly and helpful! Shelly made sure that our order was right and was very patient while we checked on our friends’ orders. She made sure that all of our subs were labeled and made them exactly as we wanted them. Great experience!

This by far the WORST sandwich I have ever gotten at jersey mikes and I’m a huge fan ! The chicken was hard and scratch my throat as I was trying to eat it . It was very dry and just not tasty at
