I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this because it was truly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I stopped by this location around 8 PM to order a sub and saw two employees in the back, yet I was never greeted. I waited nearly 20 minutes, and not once did anyone come out to take my order—which is absolutely unacceptable. At one point, it felt like I could’ve gone behind the counter and made my own food given how inattentive the staff was.
Frustrated, I ended up leaving and buying a sub from Publix instead. Even as I write this, I’m still in disbelief at how poor the service was.

The new team is top notch! If you haven’t been to this location in a while, you should go back. The service is so much better and the work area and restaurant are being kept nice and clean. And they got my order right 😉. Great job turning this place around! Keep up the good work.

Whoever answered the phone 4/4/25 was super nice even though they were closing in 30 minutes. They added lettuce, tomatoes and mayo as requested. Jessica made both sandwiches with love. However, there was no honey mustard on the turkey sub.

Keisha, Cookie, Nemo and Jessica are the best!! My mom and I are from Jersey so we’re really particular about our subs but let me tell you, the subs we had reminded us of home. In addition to the tasty food their customer service was impeccable. So down to earth and sweet. They got themselves a loyal customer.

If you're placing a hot sub order, I would think twice. Waited 25 minutes for them to tell me they would just start working on it. Defeats the purpose of online ordering. They claimed no one told them about it. What??
