Ordered a chicken bacon ranch giant sub through DoorDash and somehow ended up with just meat bread and cheese. I had to double check my receipt to make sure I wasn’t crazy. Not sure why it was missing the lettuce, tomatoes and ranch but I wasn’t too happy about it.

Easily the best location in Atlanta area! They're the only location I've found that toast the bread. They even toast bread for cold subs! Shout out to Oscar! He's the GOAT! And Sebastian, he's amazing as well! Thank you guys for a great experience every time.

I got an amazing sub from this location. The manager Mr. Nicolas def has a sharp crew on shift when I went. They took care of me and my boyfriend and made us feel right at home. I'd definitely come back to get another sub from here as long as Mr. Oscar is on the line. They work magic back there. Thank you all!

Elvin runs quite a smooth ship at this location. I live next to another JM location in Buckhead, and travel to this Brookhaven store for the way I feel when I walk thru the door. The food is better, smiles more genuine, and I feel more appreciated. Cheers to you Elvin, keep it up.

I love Jersey Mike's and worked at one for a while. The subs are as good here as any JM but the customer service is just kinda weird. I got in touch with a bunch of people about an application they had me write on a guest check and was told they'd get a manager to call me back. That was just the beginning of the journey and no, a manager never called me and I have a different job now.
