***Scam alert*** please do not patronize this location because on a Friday evening after work I call myself ordering a couple of sandwiches on their app to help reduce the time of waiting. And when I arrived, I was told that their store was held up by gunpoint and they were gonna be closed for the rest of the day. So I had already ordered my food and pay for it so I was told to follow up the next day to get my money back. No one answer the phone. No one replied to my complaint over their app for their location. I never got a response and I never got my money back so I will never order from this location again. *****Update******
I just want to update this post and state that eventually it took a few weeks but I did get everything corrected and got my money back, but I still won’t be ordering from this store. Even though the situation was not their fault, it just the late response to the situation.

This is my favorite place to stop ! They're like family to me. Always friendly service. Food is always fresh !

The older women who were twins lacked customer service and especially manners. The interaction made me feel so uncomfortable. They should be in the back doing prep work not interacting with customers. Very disappointing

Was told by an employee that I couldn’t park in a parking spot! It’s a shopping plaza! I still entered the establishment and got horrible service from a lady they call big momma! She treated me as if I wasn’t a customer! However, when other people came in they didn’t get the same treatment! However, it was like she didn’t like her own race and catered to another!

This is my local Mike’s. Owner runs a tight ship and keep service excellent and speedy

Service always fast! Staff are great! I always get the #7 reg on rosemary bread. Excellent!

If you are mentally deficient and unable to follow the most simple instructions, please apply for a job at Jersey Mike. No matter how tarded you think you are, they will have a place for you dealing with customers.

I love Jersey Mikes but sometimes they can do nasty stuff. Guy that made my sub today, wrote down orders using an ink pen that lord knows where all that pen has been and he never changed his gloves. And I always have to tell them stop leaning over my sub allowing your apron to touch my food smh.. people just don’t be caring about other people food..

Perfect spot on the way home after a long exciting day at GA State welcoming the next President of this country.

This Jersey Mike's location had boxes on all of the tables, which made the atmosphere very cluttered, and the bathroom was extremely dirty and needed a complete renovation. The sub I ordered was very mid and lacked favor in the Philly cheesesteak, which made my sandwich very bland.

Customer service is great at this location. The team appears to know their regular customers too. They greet everyone that comes through the door. My steak sandwich was nice n hot.

I got a number 8 and it was terrible I asked for no bacon and got any ways I was not stressing about that I can take it off. But my problem is the sandwich was completely wet and not eat able and I got for lunch for work not kool at all we gotta do better especially for 18.00 my arm was smelling like vinegar money wasted

I love Jersey Mike's Original Italian & think it's one of the best "chain" subs going. The people at this store were so pleasant and enjoyable chatting with, it made my Jersey experience that much better!
