I appreciate the level of customer care that is fostered here by the way the sandwich creator places pride into the way he places the individual veggies so perfectly on the sandwich. The young lady that made my husband’s Philly exuded pride and excellence as she prepared his sandwich. To the owner of this location, “your sandwich creators deserve an elevation in compensation.” Their unwavering commitment to creating a delightful atmosphere partnered with their tailored precision to customer care is ideal.

Had an amazing experience at Jersey Mikes today. The preparation of my bowl was in a class of its own! I always get bowls and I am visiting from Ohio and wish the Jersey Mike's team in Ohio were as personable as the team that serviced me today! It was a very dreary day here in Atlanta and I left with a smile and a few laughs. Khristine and Jerrica were awesome, very personable and going the extra mile to assist me!

***Scam alert*** please do not patronize this location because on a Friday evening after work I call myself ordering a couple of sandwiches on their app to help reduce the time of waiting. And when I arrived, I was told that their store was held up by gunpoint and they were gonna be closed for the rest of the day. So I had already ordered my food and pay for it so I was told to follow up the next day to get my money back. No one answer the phone. No one replied to my complaint over their app for their location. I never got a response and I never got my money back so I will never order from this location again. *****Update******
I just want to update this post and state that eventually it took a few weeks but I did get everything corrected and got my money back, but I still won’t be ordering from this store. Even though the situation was not their fault, it just the late response to the situation.

The older women who were twins lacked customer service and especially manners. The interaction made me feel so uncomfortable. They should be in the back doing prep work not interacting with customers. Very disappointing

Was told by an employee that I couldn’t park in a parking spot! It’s a shopping plaza! I still entered the establishment and got horrible service from a lady they call big momma! She treated me as if I wasn’t a customer! However, when other people came in they didn’t get the same treatment! However, it was like she didn’t like her own race and catered to another!

This is my local Mike’s. Owner runs a tight ship and keep service excellent and speedy

Service always fast! Staff are great! I always get the #7 reg on rosemary bread. Excellent!

If you are mentally deficient and unable to follow the most simple instructions, please apply for a job at Jersey Mike. No matter how tarded you think you are, they will have a place for you dealing with customers.
