Don't enter the restaurant st 8:30pm because the sandwich maker with an accent complained the entire time he made my sandwich. My husband was on the phone with me and started to yell because of how the server was talking to me. He was acting as if I walked in during closing. I had just gotten off from teaching yoga a block away and just wanted a small sandwich. He was so rude and tbh I've never had any issues with him before and I tend to come around the same exact time in the past for over a year now. My husband told me to never return and that next time he'll come get me a sandwich to see if he'll bully him since it's easier to yell at a small petite woman for coming in during business hours. I truly didn't deserve that. If you dont like your job tell your manager dont mistreat paying customers.

Good and quick and they always seem to get to get orders ready ASAP.

Maybe I won’t forget 7/7/25 too soon. I can’t remember the last time I walked into a restaurant or a fast food place where they didn’t greet me. The guy behind the counter just looked at me and not in his head, waiting for me to speak. So I said, “Hi, do you have philly cheesesteak sandwiches?” Unbelievably, he still didn’t speak. He just pointed at the menu board. After looking around, I said, “well, I see the a chicken Philly, but I wanted the Philly steak sandwich” his response was simply, “look again.” Yes, that really happened. I thought about walking out, knowing that I wouldn’t be back. But I was sort of curious how this would turn out. Why were they so rude to me? He said,”You really don’t see it?” Then I saw it. So I ordered Mike’s Philly cheesesteak. But then I asked for jalapeños. So the lady on the grill added them. But it seemed like an inconvenience because the onions were already frying. Then I apparently made it even worse for her, because I read the rest of the menu and realized I could also have mushrooms if I upgraded to the Big Kahuna. So the guy turns to the woman on the grill and said, “well, now he want a Kahuna…” She shook her head, apparently disgusted with me. I said, “sorry, I just wanted to add mushrooms.” At the end of my first and only trip to this Jersey Mike’s (that I’ve walked by hundreds of times, since I live two blocks away and regularly walk to the Kroger and shops next door), I felt compelled to tip them 15%, despite the ridiculousness I just went through. These people seemed sad. Or angry. Maybe a tip would cheer them up. After all, it was only $2, but it was a tip to them. Maybe it meant something to them. I hope I didn’t encourage bad behavior. I gave them 2 stars because the sandwich was actually pretty tasty.

The staff was extremely kind and they made me feel very welcomed all while serving me amazing fresh food I would recommend this to anybody

I have not been here for awhile due to unpleasant customer service. Yesterday, 3/21, was different. The customer service was excellent. In addition, the cook was happy to prepare my cheese steaks as requested. Please keep these same workers for a long time!

Absolute terrible customer service. I never wrote reviews but this was needed. There was a glitch in their online system and they made my sandwich wrong. I asked them kindly to fix it as a have a severe allergy and the lady at the counter said that it was my fault and I didn’t enter the information correctly and she needed to call her manager to ask if she could remake it. She stated the manager told her she was unable to remake it for free and that if I wanted another sub I’d have to pay for it again. She then proceeded to tell me “I’m really busy you can move aside” I will never give them their business again. Thanks for ruining my already crappy day jersey mikes!

Do not trust that new pastrami sub it has no flavor what so ever

Staff is rude. Every time I want them to make the sandwich my way, and not mikes way, they give me attitude. I drive to the one in buckhead for better customer service.

Listen. I was having just a 0/5 stars terrible day and needed carbs and deli meat. I was flustered as all get out, not remembering how to order at restaurant, and the lady behind the counter made a joke and I swear it was the first smile I had that day. Brought me back to reality and I was a little bit more of a human. The food was Jersey Mikes. If you are going, you know what you are getting. That’s not what this review is about. ?
