I have not been here for awhile due to unpleasant customer service. Yesterday, 3/21, was different. The customer service was excellent. In addition, the cook was happy to prepare my cheese steaks as requested. Please keep these same workers for a long time!

Listen. I was having just a 0/5 stars terrible day and needed carbs and deli meat. I was flustered as all get out, not remembering how to order at restaurant, and the lady behind the counter made a joke and I swear it was the first smile I had that day. Brought me back to reality and I was a little bit more of a human. The food was Jersey Mikes. If you are going, you know what you are getting. That’s not what this review is about. ?

Loved the sandwich I ordered. Wanted and asked for pickles on the side but never got them. I think the 2 girls working were having a bad day. No smiles at all. Even made the wrong sandwich for my husband.
