My friend Neek is at Jersey Mike’s weekly. I always say I want to try it, but never have until today. I was on Marietta St. and this location was open and no one was in line. Usually I am in the area after it’s closed or the line is long so this was a sign.

I walked in and was impressed by how clean the location was. I'm talking spotless and everything was in order.

As this was my first time, I needed a few moments to process the menu. It took me forever because I couldn’t decide. Every sandwich on the board was calling my name. LoL!

I decided to get the Chicken Philly on White!

Now… I’m one of those people who likes to get my sandwich how I like it, however, I wasn’t aware that the Hot Sandwiches go straight from the grill to being wrapped. I was supposed to do my additions in the beginning. Now I know. However, my sandwich was made as detailed on the menu, wrapped, cut, and $20 later I was out the door.

Side note, inflation is real. With these prices Jersey Mike’s will be saved for treat days. LoL.

Back to my sandwich. It was hot, fresh, meaty, and smelled AMAZING!!!! Layered with Grilled onions, peppers & White American cheese, Mike’s Chicken Philly was a mouth-pleasing, well seasoned, stomach filling experience.

As I ordered the Giant I was able to have half for lunch and half for dinner. As such, I guess $10 per meal as a breakdown isn’t bad. LoL!!!!!

As a first timer of Jersey Mike’s I am wholeheartedly pleased. The service was good. The store was clean. The food was fresh. The flavors were spot on and the desires of my hunger were fulfilled.

Job Very Well Done, Michael!!!! (the irony that the name on my receipt was ‘Michael!’)

Just came in for an order I greeted the woman. She was big with somebody else hair, looking like a silver back , tryna have an attitude cause usually they don’t put the orders on the side. But today they happen to have it. They don’t verify the uber drivers so anybody can just grab food. I try to show her but she hushed me off. Like if you don’t wanna work you can leave they can always hire somebody else. She may need some more training. I don’t blame nobody

Quick and easy but half sub with a drink for almost 15 dollars?? Way too expensive

If I could give no stars I would fr the horrible customer service I received from the older heavy set guy who wouldn’t give me his name when I asked for it not only was he rude to me he was rude to the gentlemen behind me I live really close and was very happy to find a near by Jersey Mike but because of the way I was treated I will continue taking my business else where he is a very bad look for this business.hire nicer friendly people customers are the reason you get a paycheck .i will be reaching out to a manager about the issue and requesting a refund .

This is my favorite Jersey Mike's location! Regardless if they are knocking out catering orders or it's quiet, THEY ARE ALWAYS SO NICE AND POLITE AND EFFICIENT!! I'm a huge sub fan and they remind just why I continue to choose them. Great crew! Great atmosphere! Great everything! Keep up the fantastic work!

When somebody say no that mean they don’t want it ! I felt like it was done on purpose everything I said no to before hand he put on there NO CHEESE NO TOMATO be for real if I ask for 4 things why put 6 things on my sandwich ?? Let’s do a good job or not a job at all

First time I walk into the sub company I have some good customer service for the people that waited on me a couple of times from the manager and everybody else from the VIP Queen herself ? and family ???????????????????????????????
