It takes a lot for me to do a bad. For a while I have brused off the nasty attitude of, Walt, the man who should wear a mask because he lets his tongue hang out over your food. I don't understand how the manager allows this type of behavior. I am the last of the people in my office that patronize this store, but I refuse to spend my money there anymore.

Great food awesome service reasonable prices! My girlfriend eats here every day and now she has me hooked ! The sandwiches are fresh and the ingredients are so tasty ! The guys that work here are very friendly and always greet us with a smile

This is my go to spot for a great sandwich ! The food is so good and fresh ! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Every time I walk in I am greeted with hellos and smiles . The restaurant is kept very clean and you can park right up front.

I come here every day before work to grab a roast beef sandwich. The food is so good. The best sandwich spot in the downtown area if you ask me. Another reason I come is for the staff! They are so friendly and make me laugh every time I walk in the door . If you are having a bad day and need to smile come to this location. They treat you like family ! If this young man is here be prepared for a good time

I ordered from this location over the web and I mistakenly ordered a number 66 instead of a 65. I reached out to the store to see if I was able to get the correct sandwich because I am allergic to you and the supervisor on duty said no because it was already ordered that I had to buy a whole new sandwich. It was a simple mistake due to the fact that the matter that 66 comes before 65 on your website. The sandwich was not touch or ate off of it. I realized from the receipt that it was wrong. I tired sending in a request directly to the website and it wouldn’t let me send one. Everything was entered and I couldn’t even click send. I first sent my request to what I thought was someone to chat with got an email which I attached, that was no help and the tired the “correct” way still nothing. This is my second and last time eating at this company. What a horrible experience.

Came here during Passion conference, along with a flood of people lined up out the door. The staff was super accommodating and kind. They were very efficient and the food was out very quickly, for the crowd.

Really slow service... The lady who came in after I already ordered got her order first...

My friend Neek is at Jersey Mike’s weekly. I always say I want to try it, but never have until today. I was on Marietta St. and this location was open and no one was in line. Usually I am in the area after it’s closed or the line is long so this was a sign.

I walked in and was impressed by how clean the location was. I'm talking spotless and everything was in order.

As this was my first time, I needed a few moments to process the menu. It took me forever because I couldn’t decide. Every sandwich on the board was calling my name. LoL!

I decided to get the Chicken Philly on White!

Now… I’m one of those people who likes to get my sandwich how I like it, however, I wasn’t aware that the Hot Sandwiches go straight from the grill to being wrapped. I was supposed to do my additions in the beginning. Now I know. However, my sandwich was made as detailed on the menu, wrapped, cut, and $20 later I was out the door.

Side note, inflation is real. With these prices Jersey Mike’s will be saved for treat days. LoL.

Back to my sandwich. It was hot, fresh, meaty, and smelled AMAZING!!!! Layered with Grilled onions, peppers & White American cheese, Mike’s Chicken Philly was a mouth-pleasing, well seasoned, stomach filling experience.

As I ordered the Giant I was able to have half for lunch and half for dinner. As such, I guess $10 per meal as a breakdown isn’t bad. LoL!!!!!

As a first timer of Jersey Mike’s I am wholeheartedly pleased. The service was good. The store was clean. The food was fresh. The flavors were spot on and the desires of my hunger were fulfilled.

Job Very Well Done, Michael!!!! (the irony that the name on my receipt was ‘Michael!’)

Just came in for an order I greeted the woman. She was big with somebody else hair, looking like a silver back , tryna have an attitude cause usually they don’t put the orders on the side. But today they happen to have it. They don’t verify the uber drivers so anybody can just grab food. I try to show her but she hushed me off. Like if you don’t wanna work you can leave they can always hire somebody else. She may need some more training. I don’t blame nobody

Quick and easy but half sub with a drink for almost 15 dollars?? Way too expensive

If I could give no stars I would fr the horrible customer service I received from the older heavy set guy who wouldn’t give me his name when I asked for it not only was he rude to me he was rude to the gentlemen behind me I live really close and was very happy to find a near by Jersey Mike but because of the way I was treated I will continue taking my business else where he is a very bad look for this business.hire nicer friendly people customers are the reason you get a paycheck .i will be reaching out to a manager about the issue and requesting a refund .
