This location has such horrible customer service. My job always spends no less than 100 dollars weekly and the order is wrong 95 percent of the time. When we call back the staff is always aggressive. The gag is... THEY MADE THE MISTAKE. One would this that a location that spends as much money as we do, we would be shown a little more courtesy. However, we have been accused of messing up the orders when we receive them. We don't choose this location the courier app assigns this location to us. The store manager is rude too. No one put Mayo and Mustard on a salad by the way.

walked into this location on a rainy day. Pharrell's "Happy" was playing, the guests looked content and the manager on duty was very chill. luckily for me, the manager served me. he is very kind!

I have seen many reviews complaining about the guy with the hanging lip and I don’t like to be insensitive but just to be clear that is the gentlemen my main complain is about.He is extremely rude and talks very nasty to everybody.I do enjoy the sandwiches but I’ve seen this guy straight yell at people

I had a wonderful experience at Jersey Mike's today! The manager named Mike and the employees that helped me were all friendly, helpful, and professional. I ordered the Big Kahuna sandwich and it was delicious!

Man! I should've went to sensational subs..The 2 guys working there got the just work there attitude...Everything a add on..Charging me 17 dollars just for a full sandwich without drink and chips or toasting my bread!..They must think they in Midtown or Buckhead...Guess cause they next to newer buildings..I was just trying it out cause i walked by...on my way to sensational subs..The sandwich was alright at best..NEVER AGAIN!
