I went to jersey Mikes the other day and I bought two Philly cheese subs shoutouts to Jermaine he was very respectful took his time to make my sandwiches and his customer service was very good

First time there...
Told them that, ordered a chicken Philly.
Wanted to see the magic happen but was told to sit down and she'll call me when my order was ready.
She call and I picked up my order but there vibe had changed. So I took my order on the go.
No napkins in the bag like the common courtesy I expected.
Won't worry about me coming back...

I went over to pick up a order and told them my name for my friend the order name was under my I gave them my name first then they ask for order number I call my friend for order then they ask me for my full name and then gave me the order all they had to do was ask me for my full name the first time and it wouldn't have been that much trouble I might never go back to there

Ms/Mrs Ronnie was awesome!!! Very accommodating. She listened and o every thing that we said and put it all together. The store itself gives great vibes!!!!!! That you Mrs/Ms Ronnie!!! We appreciate you. Actually should be more like you!!!!

I'm a fan of Jersey Mike's, just not this one. I live close by, and always hope for a better visit each time - but I'm always disappointed with the quality of the customer service. If you cannot even crack a smile, give a simple greeting, or even have the slightest bit of warmth to your customer service, please choose a new profession.

Omg! I love this location, it’s very clean and the worker there are so friendly. The bread is soooo fresh they never fail you. I love this location and I stay on the west side of Atlanta
