Waited in line for about twenty minutes. Eventually I gave up and left. Slowest employees ever.

This location is a sad excuse for Jersey Mikes. I came in at 8:05 & they acted as if I wasn’t even there. Once the gentleman stopped sweeping the floor, then he decided to acknowledge me. This location closes at 9. This employee was even rude to his coworker. When I say I will never be back, I mean it.

Do not go to this jersey mikes if you like wraps. They don’t know how to wrap them and will give you a 2inch wrap and then gaslight you and say that’s normal size. Literally the smallest wrap I have ever been served, it was wider than it was long, and 90% tortilla inside.

My boyfriend got a sandwich and they used old bread.

Terrance the manager was awesome. Great customer service.

Location does a brisk business every time I've been here. The staff have been nice and are prompt in making up food orders. There's a decent amount of space to sit - I could see it getting crowded during weekday lunchtimes given the volume of people in the area.

2nd time visiting this place as I’m over here in the area for training this week. The store is clean, the team has been attentive, professional, clean and presentable uniform & welcoming when entering.
Also fresh ingredients here.

Honestly the food is good but I find it weird how my fiancée was treated. Sent him to get us food because our son was asleep and he explained that he was the only person that had to pay first before our sandwiches would be made. Other people paid when they received their order but for some odd reason he had to pay before. Is this like a policy or was he picked out for some reason? Kinda want a response. Thanks.

This has to be one of the best Mike's Jersey subs.? We have ever visited. I travel a lot with work and life. Always look for JM, because of the quality and flavor. It is my favorite sandwich shop. ?Terrance and My( the cashier) were amazing, from the time we walked in, to the time we left.?? Friendly, professional and very engaging. ? I come from 30 years of retail management and you definitely have a super star in Terrance. He is well rounded and a great multi Tasker, a good leader is hard to find.✨️ Always having the customer first, even when things get busy.? He's empathetic to his team and genuinely a great guy. The store was clean and everything was fresh.?. He and his team should be celebrated,? I have been in 37 states and countless JM. This is definitely the best location. ?.Keep up the great work!??

I'm a regular at this shop. The crew at this Jersey Mike's location is wonderful. Their subs are delicious and the team is friendly. Keep up the great work! My only suggestion is to bring back brewed unsweet tea.

Employees were not the most friendly and they didn’t ask what I wanted on the sandwich and just gave it to me as is. They also made the sandwich in the back so I couldn’t see what they were doing. Didn’t seem to be very sanitary because they never changed gloves after touching everything for the 20 minutes I was waiting for my sandwich to be made in the back.
