Dropped in after work the other day cause I was starving. Hadn’t been there before and didn’t know what to get but the staff were super helpful with recommendations. Sandwich was bomb. Atmosphere 4 just cause it’s a standard sandwich shop.

Visit this place today 11/14/25 which I come here like once a month cuz it’s close to my home and the staff always have a attitude and poor customer service but today however they was really on a power trip they made my order wrong not once but TWICE !!! And I’m not the type to keep sending food back but however I wasn’t just picking up food for myself today so the sandwich that was made wrong twice that wasn’t mine I needed to be made correctly I even tried to make it easy on them and just asked them to put the xtr cold cheese that I paid for on top of my hot Philly sandwich instead of remaking it a 3rd time so I can be on my way instead they proceeded to argue and disrespect me for no reason at all because I was never rude or nasty to them until they got a attitude with me and disrespected me first then one employee that had nothing to do with the verbal altercation proceeded to take his apron off and come from around the corner while my back was turned like like he was going to do something to me at this point a complaint and police report is filed and further action will be take place and to add a cherry on top the manager on duty did absolutely nothing !!!!!

Got two sandwiches, a bag of chips and a cookie. The service was pretty quick and the sandwich is good. The only issue is that there was an argument with another customer. Who I assume to be the manager deescalated it well but I was mildly concerned that one of the employees would fight the customer. Thankfully that didn’t happen. Because of that I gave atmosphere a 3. Other than that tho it was fine

Wendy is a great manager and I highly recommend this location! She is highly experienced and has made over 400k subs! She made me a #99! Which is a #43 + #55. Easily the best Philly Cheesesteak at a fast food franchise! The customer service was on point and so was the food! I will definitely be back!

Dreka was great! She had great customer service skills, very attentive and made a great sub. I will definitely return to this location!
