Jersey Mike's Subs

They don’t sell me a load of bread for some odd reason. Several Jersey Mikes locations will let you come and just get the bread so you can make your own sandwiches at home. Very weird of them.

This is the worst worst worst worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to !!! The customer service is horrible!!!. The manager/owner is rude and does not deserve anyone’s hard-working money. The lady that’s making the sandwich is also rude. I hope the corporate jersey mikes see this review and all the other terrible reviews about this place and get these people out of your restaurant chain. They do not need to be working for Jersey Mike’s with these type of attitude horrible horrible experience I will never go back.!!

I was at the store getting lunch for an official Lunch & learn event. I ordered it online and placed the order for close to $200. Part of the order was 2 gluten free sandwiches. This is the first time, I am ordering GF sandwich, so wasn't sure that I need to add extra charge for it online (I have placed at least $1300 worth of sandwich orders before from Jersey Mike's, but not this branch). Anyway, when I went to pick it up, they said, they didn't make the GF sandwich since I didn't pay $1.xx. I thought they were joking, then I became serious and said, they could've called me after seeing the note. But, even though they saw the note, it's not their responsibility to call customers (even though I spend $400 to $500 every other month on these sandwiches). What's frustrating is when I said, other stores were much better and if I put a note in the order, they at least clarify and don't waste customer time, when they're picking it. They said, "then go to other stores".

Dietary restrictions: If you order online, please call them as well. Many times they don't pick it, but you have to deal with it. Otherwise, they'll say rules and regulations for $1 additional charge, it doesn't matter even if you order for hundreds of $$$ beware of it.

This is the worst Jersey Mikes location I’ve ever been to. The owner/ manager is rude and racist. I said hello hru and he refuse to speak, screaming “what kind of sandwich do you want?”He gave me old, hard bread and barely any toppings and they don’t give you the correct meat and cheese portions. They also over charge for meals. I paid 17 bucks for a regular meal when at any other locations, I’ve always paid 12 and some change. Do not eat here..

This womans customer service was entirely trash, Very disrespectful employee every time I go to the store it’s always disrespect like I’m not spending my hard earned money. These people think they can come to America and talk to people how they want to.

I placed an order for pickup. It was ready by the time I arrived. The woman working was a little hard to understand, but I think that is because she was quiet. Everything I ordered was in the bag. The GF bread only tastes okay, but that is normal for GF bread. Tip for those who order it, it tastes better toasted. This location was a lot better stocked than the one near my last apartment, so I was very happy about that. The service was decent, and the food was okay. It is good if you are looking for something in a hurry.

I agree with some other reviewers in that the manager at this location, I believe, is racist or has some sort of bias against black people.

I placed an order thru the mobile app and went to the store for pickup on 8/29. I went to the area to get my order. The manager asked for my name, and I gave him my last name. Seemingly irritated for whatever reason, he then asked for my first name. I gave it. Then he proceeds to “order” me to go get my bottled water that was included in my purchase and then come back to the counter to receive my sandwich and chips I had ordered and paid for. He spoke in such a condescending tone, as if he was talking to a child or someone he felt was less than— I was quite taken aback. I guess he wanted to insure I picked up the bottled water that I paid for and nothing different or more than that. When I went back to the counter, he rudely asked “This is the type of chips you wanted?” I said yes because it was what I ordered and paid for thru the app, so I am not sure why he would ask again…and so disrespectfully and like he was inconvenienced in some way. It was not a pleasant customer experience.

I know this location is in metro-Atlanta with a large/majority black population. But in my opinion, I would not encourage black people to patronize this particular location.

This jersey mikes gives barely any meat and toppings. They are cheap with their portions. I always get a sub in a tub and they NEVER even make it to the rim of the container. They charge $3.50 for 2 pieces of extra bacon. They will NEVER see another penny of my money! WORST LOCATION EVER! DONT waste your money. They are rude, never get an order right and CHEAP! I shouldn’t be hungry after a $12 salad!

I have never experienced racial profiling until today. The manager at this location needs to be trained!! I went to pick up my food order that I placed online, and it’s like I had to give my entire profile from my full name to showing him my phone with the order listed and the card info, this was absolutely uneducated and to be told by other customers eating in there that he did not do that to the others that came in for pick up orders…

The subs are great. The service is terrible. The older foreign gentleman behind the counter was more than rude and it's happened a few times.

I don't think I've ever given a one-star review, but this place deserves it. I ordered online and came to pick up and waited respectfully in line. The person at the register acknowledged me and decided to speak to four people that walked in behind me one by one before then asking me rudely, "What do you need?" I asked her why she skipped me four times in a row and she basically turned her back and began rearranging orders before taking a fifth person before me! The other Jersey Mike's on Roswell road is infinitely better.

waited 10+ minutes to ever place my order when the store was practically empty. place my order and wait 10 more minutes for my food to be ready & check-out, while also witnessing 4+ people get their food and check out before me. once i got to my car to eat i realized they gave me the wrong order so i go back in to get my order corrected to which i am told "too bad - we don't do refunds". beware!!! even though they have terrible customer service and rude attitudes they'll even ask YOU for a tip. LOL. you'd have better luck making your own sandwich at home with way less attitude.
