Manager doesn’t understand that jersey mikes menu clearly states “served mikes way” if I call and ask for “the original Italian” I expect it to come they way it’s built in the menu. But the manager continued to argue with me stating that they will only put meat and cheese on there unless I specifically ask for toppings? I’ve been to jersey mikes my whole life and never experienced something like this. I’m dumbfounded that corporate would allow such incompetence. Terrible representation. Go to a different jersey mikes. This one will die off with current management..

Like everyone says, the service at this location is terrible. The food is typical jersey mike’s. Just be prepared to shout over the din your order repeatedly and have them still misunderstand. Check your orders and be ready for the guy at the end to ring up extras on your order if you don’t watch carefully.

This place is incredibly rude. I have been here twice. I will not go back again. Both times it seems there is a husband and wife speaking another language and complaining the entire time, no smile, no please, no thank you. Just rude.
I went there early to beat the lunch crowd and ordered the Italian sub. I can see how the service might slow down during peak lunch hours.

Some of the workers here are mean and unpleasant they should not be serving food at all. The Asian lady was pleasant, the elderly guy was unpleasant and so was the Spanish lady. If I had names I would address them by name but I don’t.

Great weekend lunch sevice, especially start of summer break..each of young man employee are friendlyand efficient. from the person taking the order,preparing and completing transaction .I would Definitely go back! must try the “# 2 sandwich add honey mustard( minus mayo &cheese)

Horrible! Service! I placed my order online at 12:52 and had it refunded at 1:27 after waiting for over 30 minutes. I wasn't offered anything, not even an apology. The manager stated to me while refunding that my food had JUST finished but I don't want to be patient. I saw multiple people come in and out while waiting including for hot subs. Instead of accepting that they dropped the ball I was told I don't want to be patient after spending my entire lunch waiting for nothing. Attached is the receipt showing when the order was placed and refunded.

Possibly the worst place ever, got my order completely wrong and when I called to tell them, they said too bad and its hour problem. Never eating at a jersey mikes again. Please go to Jimmy Johns or literally anywhere else.

They don’t sell me a load of bread for some odd reason. Several Jersey Mikes locations will let you come and just get the bread so you can make your own sandwiches at home. Very weird of them.

This is the worst worst worst worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to !!! The customer service is horrible!!!. The manager/owner is rude and does not deserve anyone’s hard-working money. The lady that’s making the sandwich is also rude. I hope the corporate jersey mikes see this review and all the other terrible reviews about this place and get these people out of your restaurant chain. They do not need to be working for Jersey Mike’s with these type of attitude horrible horrible experience I will never go back.!!

I was at the store getting lunch for an official Lunch & learn event. I ordered it online and placed the order for close to $200. Part of the order was 2 gluten free sandwiches. This is the first time, I am ordering GF sandwich, so wasn't sure that I need to add extra charge for it online (I have placed at least $1300 worth of sandwich orders before from Jersey Mike's, but not this branch). Anyway, when I went to pick it up, they said, they didn't make the GF sandwich since I didn't pay $1.xx. I thought they were joking, then I became serious and said, they could've called me after seeing the note. But, even though they saw the note, it's not their responsibility to call customers (even though I spend $400 to $500 every other month on these sandwiches). What's frustrating is when I said, other stores were much better and if I put a note in the order, they at least clarify and don't waste customer time, when they're picking it. They said, "then go to other stores".
Dietary restrictions: If you order online, please call them as well. Many times they don't pick it, but you have to deal with it. Otherwise, they'll say rules and regulations for $1 additional charge, it doesn't matter even if you order for hundreds of $$$ beware of it.
