For starters MY food was amazing despite my bread being wrong... The reason for the review is the employees rudeness and audacity to speak about other customers out loud in front of everyone.. This man ordered a sandwich and he discovered a hair in it.. he very politely asked for it to be remade and the employee seemed very annoyed by the request. When he went to the rest room, all of the Spanish employees proceeded to trash talk him because of his request and said “in my country this and my country that”. I think it’s truly crazy for any employee to think that a hair in food is acceptable and to be so comfortable speaking about paying customers out loud. Maybe this should be addressed?

The subs are decent but if you place an order for pick up, they will place the order print out on top of the sub which I just don’t like… that just seems like a bad practice and unsanitary. Also the customer service could be better here.

Quick service. Clean and close. The one problem was the jerk behind the register was rude as hell. My 12 yr old was using a gift card she got for Christmas and he swiped it and it did not work he spun it back at her on the counter and when she got my attention and I walked over is when he decided to do more to trouble shoot and discovered that he had to put the pin into the system. There was no apology and then he doesn't call her number but tells her to, "come here" to give her the sandwich. People don't even realize when they are being rude anymore and it's not worth making a scene because people are too ready to pull out cameras for entertainment. We just wanted a sandwich. I've never had one from here before and didn't order one today. This was not a good first experience by proxy. ??

I would NEVER recommend this location!!I came in after work to grab something quick for dinner. The manager acknowledged me and told me to order at the opposite end of the register. I waited patiently to take my order. The worker on the assembly that was finishing the sandwich looked at me but no one asked what I want. As im still waiting, a white gentleman came up and was immediately addressed and with a smile.I am a African American female with locs for reference.I stop the young lady and told her I have been waiting, she shrugged her shoulders and said ok. Then she said I didn’t see you.She was standing right next to the guy finishing the sandwiches.I asked to speak to the manager she said you can go down there and pointed to the area with the register. I asked can she bring the manager please.She said he is busy, when he is done he will come.I proceeded to walk down the register area to allow him to know what just took place.He said she didn’t see you, we aren’t stupid.At that exact moment I said no thank you, I will not patronize this business.The staff is outstandingly rude.

This chicken Philly is falling apart, doesn’t taste right and I respectfully asked for something else. The staff flat out refused. I told them it was falling apart and I couldn’t eat it without having to eat it with a fork. I’ll give you a fork the lady retorted! They called the manager and the manager said they will only make the same sandwich for me. This is unbelievable! I just left without the sandwich.

The Portobello Philly was OK, but it was by far the worst one I've ever had at any Jersey Mike's location. It was just off flavor wise and actually gave me a mild stomach ache. It was difficult communicating with the workers as neither could speak English very well.
