Great food ! No one wants to work tho. I walked in just now and young lady asked me white or wheat? She was more concerned with her phone bent over her on the counter. She took her phone off the charger and disappeared.I guess I will try again after my nail appointment.

Don’t bother ordering online. You’ll still have to wait for your sandwich. Better off just walking in, or maybe just not ordering at all.
Kitchen is filthy. Workers are rude and totally lacks competence. I asked for management contact information. Person answered phone hung up. Please close and retrain staff. I would never recommend this location

Wow! Talk about teamwork. I came early for a large order of 18 sandwiches. My order was perfect. It was exactly on time as told to me. They had it divided in a way each of my team members knew what food item was their own. Great location! I will certainly make this my Go-To from now. Great Job!

The food was excellent. They were able to customize my sandwich to be exactly to my liking. Thank you all for working so hard to make sure that we enjoy something as small as a sandwich. It makes a big difference when you’re having a rough day!

I always go to this location because it’s close to home but after visiting yesterday, I will no longer be a customer. Upon my arrival I waited 20 minutes for the workers to ask me if I’m picking up or placing an order. After finally placing my order I realized the mobile orders they were working on had the order receipts on top of the sandwich!!!!! This turned me off immediately and decided to walk out instead. If you do order from this location do not place a mobile order!!!

Every time I order a sandwich from here they make them wrong every single freaking time. Currently I ordered 2 turkey sandwiches and only received a lettuce, onions and turkey on my sandwiches. When I attempted to get a refund I was denied. Avoid this place at all cost. Worst Jersey Mike's in Atlanta

waited in line for 10 minutes, got greeted by someone with an airpod in. after 5 minutes he asked what i wanted to order, i told him, he then proceeded to wipe his sweat on his apron and roll his eyes. then proceeded to ignore me until i just walked out.

Worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever patronized. A few weeks ago, I ordered sandwiches for my family and I (4 total) online for delivery. I received only one sandwich. I called and reported it and the person I spoke to was speaking to me like I didn’t deserve a refund when she said we have your sandwiches at the store made. I said I was working which is why I ordered online. Also, I paid a delivery person their fee and tip. Why would I drive 7 miles to you when I paid for all that already? Boom, today, I said I really want a sandwich, I chose them again for delivery. Same outcome, they delivered 1 of 2 sandwiches. I called and dude hung up on me.
I’m. It one to five bad reviews and complain, but this Jersey Mike’s location is horrible and need help. The professionalism is horrible, customer service is horrible. Everyone has an attitude, and it’s in need of a major employee, management makeover.

I had a bad experience at this location recently. I ordered online to save myself some time on my lunch break from work. It was during lunch rush, so I came in about 15 minutes after the estimated time it would be ready to ensure it would be a quick pickup as I’ve experienced some minor delays at this location when ordering online in the past. My order was not ready when I got there, which was disappointing, but it looked like they were working on a very large online order which was backing up their orders. This is inconvenient, but understandable and out of the control of the staff working that day. What was not ok is that when I asked the employee about my order, he found my ticket and simply said “I got you,” then proceeded to help 3 customers who walked in the door after I arrived before preparing my order. So, I waited in the store for 20 minutes - making my order a total of 35 minutes later than the estimated time. I quite literally would have received my order faster had I walked in and ordered at the counter in the middle of lunch rush - I know this because I watched 3 people do this and get their food while I waited on an order I had already paid for. When I got home, I also realized that my order was missing some of the ingredients I had ordered on the sub. I ended up filing a complaint regarding my experience in the app and received an automated response to expect a team member to reach out within 48 hours. It has been a week and I have not received any follow up. Unfortunately after this I will probably not be returning to this location.
