Slow service. Unprofessional staff. Despite the order being written down they still got in wrong.

The store was very clean and the atmosphere was very pleasant to be in. Kamora and Ellio are very good workers and very well mannered. The food was amazing, great quality food indeed.. would give 10 stars if I could??. The assistant manager and the manager were very friendly, kind, patient, and full of energy I love it.

Sorry Ms. Jackson

I would typically grab a sub from Publix, right next door, but given the usual long wait time, I opted for a Jersey Mike’s Sub because I was in a time crunch. It was my first time visiting this location, and first time ever, giving this franchise a try.

I was a bit reluctant to try after browsing the menu. The price vs the size of the sandwich was a total downer! A veggie sub cost $8 bucks for ‘half a sandwich’ when I can get a whole sub for the same price at Publix. That fact alone left me displeased with my decision, but I was willing to give it a try.

Upon entering, the staff did greet me and answered my questions. While I waited, the employees rapped along to the loud music to keep them motivated I assume.

The sandwich overall was nothing special. In fact, it was very mid, and left me underwhelmed…oh yeah, and still hungry of course :-(

I live in the area but usually pick up a sub while traveling for work. Compared to neighboring counties, this location is skimpy on the portion size. I don't mind spending the $$ when it's worth it. I had to proof up my turkey and cheese, just so I wasn't biting just bread and toppings. I find when restaurants open in Atlanta , they only care about making the $$. Not, the food quality that people are spending the $$ for.

We had not been to this location in a while but I’m glad we did. The service was great and the food was awesome. My daughter who is a picky eater was easily accosted which was super kind. I don’t know if they have new management but it’s a positive change and we will be back.

They must have gotten new management recently because this store seems to have GREATLY improved. The store was super clean, the staff was super friendly and quick (even with a lunch rush), and my sandwich was bomb! Will definitely be adding Jersey Mike's back into my lunch rotation.

I have been here twice now and placed an online order. Both times I've shown up to the order not even started. This past time I placed the order at 12:45pm and it wasn't ready until 2:00pm. They didn't even begin making the order until I had been in there waiting 20 minutes. This was not a large order, btw and was straight from the menu. I was not the only upset customer there either. I was excited for this location to open, but I will not be returning.

If you want to wait 2 hours for disgruntled employees to make you a gross sandwich that is equal parts hatred, E. coli, and the plague, then this is the place for you.If you’re a normal person, avoid this bastion of misery and just head down a block and grab food at Cava. You’ll thank me.
