I have gone to this location a few times I prefer going in there you call it's wrong, you go in, it's wrong. Anyway, I digressed. I went there today, Feb 4, 2025, to get a pickup order for a coworker. I saw to the left of me a young man putting together several boxes. A few more seconds go by, and a very unpleasant girl says, "WE AIN'T TAKING ORDERS TODAY." no ma'am I am so sorry we are not taking in-store orders right now. I said it was called in. I said you should put something on the door, not taking orders between 11:00 and or lock it 3:00 or lock the door. She then said they couldn't come in and pick up the boxes. All the more reason for the sign. Johnson right? With an attitude ... yes by then, she could see my frustration, and she started mumbling under her breath and moving her head. The X's and Z's. Could you possibly let them know people are watching. And maybe find some Chick-fil-A people who know customer service. A TOTAL 1 TODAY

They hate when you call to check on your order status and block your number. I tried to call to check on my delivery that was set for 11:45-12 and it came after 12:30… the delivery person was frustrating to talk to and they had a hard time following simple directions. Never tip if u do order from here💀.

Ordered from here quite a few times. Minor order accuracy issues can be forgiven, but serving bad meat (and frankly other ingredients like tomatoes and cucumbers) is unforgivable. Corporate seems unable or unwilling to correct the issue since it is a franchise.

I am voting with my feet. Will not return to this location. Frankly, I don’t know if I will ever eat at any Jimmy John’s again—that’s how gross the sandwich was.

I ordered here twice and had terrible experience. First time I ordered online and then called after 1 hr to see where food was. no answer, over and over. I went to store and they told me it was out for delivery and if i wanted the sandwich i would have to pay for it again. it was never delivered and I didn't pay for 2 sandwiches. second time, ordered online. I get a call from Uber recording saying that i have a delivery coming, but it doesn't tell me the details of the vehicle and I work at a large hospital. I called JJ back and they apparently have no clue how to even talk to the Uber driver who picks up your food. then the manager would not refund my money. no sandwich again and will have to call Amex to get charge taken off. all staff has been rude and managers are even worse. they are useless and should forever stick to making sandwiches due to their uselessness.

they also have limited topping options.

We ordered the "unwhich" wrapped in lettuce, and the lettuces leaves were brown, and the hummus was "sample size" like a ketchup container. We needed to ensure a gluten free wrap, and the service projected annoyance for our health requirements. But he did change his gloves and wrap the lettuce with 2 pieces of paper as requested (though it still leaked thru)

Please, just eat anywhere else. I ordered online and my delivery time would change by one minute over and over until it was about 45 minutes late. I called the store many times and was unable to get anyone to pick up. Then suddenly, my order was marked complete, but I had not received it. I had enough time to go through the entire process of getting my complaint reviewed and refunded on DoorDash for an order I never received before the delivery person showed up with my food. This was well after it had been marked complete with no communication at all. I mentioned to the delivery guy that they were 45 minutes late and he said "ok" and walked away. Also there was a pickle in with my order that can only be described as mangled. The whole situation was so questionable. Don't do it

The staff at this location act as if they're being held hostage and being forced to work against their will. Both sandwiches I ordered were made incorrectly. The bread tasted as if it was (two) 'day old'. Besides all that, it was a great experience.

Delivered my food to wrong location and expected me to go walk to another building to pick it up. When I explained that I could not leave my building and pick order up, he hung up in my face. Had to call store multiple times for refund and I still have not received my refund yet.
