I ordered at 10:46 AM because this store is notoriously slow now. My order was apparently delivered at 12:00 PM but was nowhere to be found. I called the driver and tried to explain that she dropped it off at the wrong location and she hung up on me. The store sent out my order again. When it finally arrived at 12:25 it was incorrect.

There is always something wrong or out of order everytime that I come here, not only that but food takes forever to get when there is no one in here and is almost always wrong the first time. The same 3 employees are here everytime, yet they seem unable to actually do their job correctly. Im constantly dissatisfied everytime ive come here, I gave it 5 chances and it still sucks. Will not be coming here again unless they really change what their doing.

The workers are troopers here and really are good people. I come in here twice a week for school and each time I come the guy with long dreads and the lady always wearing a mask are so sweet to me and even remember my no tomatoes on my order :) Thank you guys for always being awesome even when ya'll gotta put up with bs. Special shoutout to the dreadhead, he's a sweetheart for sure.

The restaurant was not clean. Trash on the floors, bathrooms with no paper towels. Food was OK, but I’ve had better sandwiches from the midtown location. I’m not sure if there were enough workers there to manage keeping the place clean and work behind the counter. I only saw two.

Went in and there was no one behind the counter or in the restaraunt. A couple came in after and had to scream to get there attention. One worker was as high as a kite. Food was good but wouldnt recommend
This area is not nice at all. There were homeless people gathered right outside the restaurant, and many of them were asking for money or for you to buy them food. The odor in the area is strong and unpleasant—it’s enough to take away your appetite.
Unfortunately, the experience inside this Jimmy John's location wasn't any better. The customer service was poor—employees were rude, unprofessional, and didn’t even greet me upon arrival. I also noticed questionable hygiene practices. Instead of washing their hands, the staff simply put on gloves and began making sandwiches, which is concerning.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this Jimmy John’s. The service and environment both need serious improvement.

The area is somewhat nice - lots of people around and sometimes live music playing.
The food was fine but not great, they were skimping on the toppings. The employees were very friendly however.
Music was too loud, it would be hard to talk to someone across the table from you.

I have gone to this location a few times I prefer going in there you call it's wrong, you go in, it's wrong. Anyway, I digressed. I went there today, Feb 4, 2025, to get a pickup order for a coworker. I saw to the left of me a young man putting together several boxes. A few more seconds go by, and a very unpleasant girl says, "WE AIN'T TAKING ORDERS TODAY." no ma'am I am so sorry we are not taking in-store orders right now. I said it was called in. I said you should put something on the door, not taking orders between 11:00 and or lock it 3:00 or lock the door. She then said they couldn't come in and pick up the boxes. All the more reason for the sign. Johnson right? With an attitude ... yes by then, she could see my frustration, and she started mumbling under her breath and moving her head. The X's and Z's. Could you possibly let them know people are watching. And maybe find some Chick-fil-A people who know customer service. A TOTAL 1 TODAY

I tried to call to check on my delivery that was set for 11:45-12 and it came after 12:30… the delivery person was frustrating to talk to and they had a hard time following simple directions. Never tip if u do order from here💀.
