The two ladies working there were just standing around listening to very loud music. There was no tea. There were no customers. Why couldn’t they make tea since no one was there. They gave my husband his take-out order and did not even put his two sandwiches and chips in a bag.

Visiting from Boston. Ordered delivery to our hotel. The sandwiches were all wrong! First sandwich had 1/2slice turkey on one and no cheese and very little vegetables like we ordered. The other sandwich was missing the mayo and lettuce. Such a disappointment. I would suggest going elsewhere for a good sandwich. This place doesn’t take pride or care about good service or food quality.

FIND ANOTHER LOCATION OR AVOID ALL TOGETHER! The rudest, slowest customer service I've ever experienced in my life works here. Jimmy John's, home of the freaky fast sub, well unless of course you call in your order and arrive five minutes later to an empty store with no one making anything. Use the restroom, come out five or more minutes later and still no one making subs. Wait another 5 minutes and here comes the order maker strolling at the speed of a 90 year man on the way to see the proctologist. Take a good look around a Jimmy John's, you see any signs saying where to stand while they make your order? According to the person who works at this location you can't watch them make your order from in front of the register, I was asked to move to the pickup side. In a completely empty store, to which I complied and then started watching them make my order from the other side to which I was asked to remove myself from the walkway. The JJ sandwich shop power tripper who can't stand the job they have so much that 20 minute bathroom breaks are the escape followed by nonsense requests. I've watched countless JJ's made at countless locations, standing in the EXACT same location. Sent feedback to corporate, took the survey, no response from either. If you do go, remember to stand in the right spot, you know the one where you can't see what the angry employee is putting in your food or doing to your order...
