FIRE the whole STORE!!!! There's 15 people working in the store and it still takes them 30-40 min to make a sandwich even when it's SLOW!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

I usually don’t leave reviews so for me to take the time to write this, means I am pretty frustrated. I also usually ALWAYS have only good things to say about Jimmy John’s, but this location is extremely disappointing. Mobile orders are pushed to the side and anytime I’ve placed one, I’ve had to call or let someone know in person that my order has been placed (usually over an hour ago). And that’s only IF someone picks up because their phone number is either wrong or calls are given no priority (without the option to leave a voicemail). Furthermore, my order is frequently wrong in one way or another and I’ve been hoping to see improvement simply because the location is most convenient for me while I’m at work but staff and/or management don’t seem to care to make improvements.
The Staff had my sandwich ready before I could finish paying for it! And The Staff made me feel fun and was super attentive and uplifting. Best part of my day! And my sandwich was extremely fresh simple and delicious!;

The staff is rude and the service was absolutely terrible! I was barely greeted when I walked in any then when I asked was everything on my sandwich because I didn’t see any turkey the guy got a really bad attitude with me. I can’t believe they acted like that and got my order wrong!! I’ll NEVER come back! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

It's always something with this place. Today they didn't even put any meat on my sub. They ask for tips at the register now, too, despite the fact that nothing will make these people care about anything that resembles decent service. What a sorry excuse of a business.

I ordered delivery because I was at work. My order was completely wrong. I paid extra to for other toppings and they didn’t add it to my order. They also put in toppings that I told them to remove. I paid extra for delivery and toppings. Now, they won’t answer the phone, so I could get a new order.

Omarion is the coolest guy ever! Helped me create a sandwich that was amazing and he made it with love! Definitely coming back here he made my day!

I came to order online, waited more than necessary, 20 minutes, no one is working, there are a lot of them, 7 people work there, there are no people in the restaurant, I don’t understand why it took so long, I won’t come here again, thank you.

No point in ordering ahead on the App. They take longer with App orders than if you were ordering in the store. Order was place at 12:15PM and it was not ready until 12:45PM. I understand that lunch time is busy but improvement is needed on service/efficiency.
