I ordered online after leaving work at 8pm I arrived and the store was closed!! I went next door to Bojangles where they informed me that they'd (jimmy johns) had been closed since 2pm. Google said the store closed at 9pm. I called the store the next morning I was told I would get a refund. Also spoke to corporate where I was told I'd get an email the order is still pending and I'm yet to receive a email or refund.🤷🏾

The lack of service was truly unbelievable today. The young man taking my order, couldn't seem to tear himself from his phone to take my order. Once taken ( in the most unprofessional manner , being curt and acking as if he was annoyed with my very presence ) , He informed me that I could pick up my order at the end of the counter. Additionally informing me that if I wanted salt and pepper on my sandwich, I couldn't get it placed on the sandwich as he was making it, bur there were packets for me to take with me. The final insult came when I was forced to bag my own sandwich. I hadn't been to this particular location in a while and certainly won't be going back. Where do they get these anti customers service oriented individuals from , and why are they paying them to insult customers

My sandwiches have always been delish and made to my specifications 🥰

I will never ever come back to this location, this place have racist employees. Literally I was kicked out right after ai opened the door, the lady who was preparing the subs yelled at me the they were closed, that they were preparing the sub to the last costumer. I walked out and wait outside 5 minutes to see how they were welcoming other people. LATINOS BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE . The black lady hates to have Hispanics in their location.
Just for the record I came 3 times to this place she was really rude, but today was the lastime I come here.
DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE MISTREATED.

This place took my money with and online order and never returned it so I know they steal and food is terrible!!! Employees are the worst I’ve seen in a while please shut this place down

The online system would not allow me to order WHATSOEVER!! Cash, grass or brass, NADA!!! Walked in and showed the employees who were working and I’m glad I did because the employees took immediate action and sent the manager pictures of the inconvenience. It gets better, they were out of a popular menu item and instead of being rude or dismissive they honored the original sandwich price for the substitution!!! I’m never trying to get discounts or deals based on unfavorable or unforeseen circumstances but In this case, the blessings received from that simple act of kindness and service has a repeat customer in me!!! Thank you gentlemen!! Keep up the exceptional service

I mean it's all right, if you're in a hurry or you just don't want Subway or Jersey Mike's. However the sandwich that I did get I can't remember what sandwich it was I think it was just a turkey sandwich I don't remember the number on the menu but it was really good for my first time experience in Jimmy John's however I will say I will go back and try out some more of their sandwiches or subs on their menu because I really want to try their Italian sub and compare it to some other sandwich shops like Jersey Mike's or Firehouse Subs. The customer service was spot on and I really appreciate it the help because like I said this was my first time ordering anything off of Jimmy John's menu and they were so friendly and nice. I did go on a Sunday right when they open for business everything was wiped down spotless and clean and everything looked nice and organized. One last thing if you're not a fan of Hellman's mayonnaise then I wouldn't recommend you go here but if you don't like Mayo at all then you're good

When you pull up you never know if they're going to be open. I arrived one day and all the employees were outside talking to somebody who was sitting in their car in the middle of the parking lot blocking the drive-thru. Showed up one night at 8:30, and I was in the drive thru line behind another customer, I saw them turn off the lights and they told us they were closed. I wonder if corporate is aware of how they are being represented???????

Ordered from the cascade rd/fulton ind location in Atl from then they call and say they don’t have a driver….. so I tell they lady I will come get it get there the door is locked long line in drive thru. I call and ask if the meal can be brought to the door the girl says yes then the mgr turns me around

Very clean establishment, friendly staff and fast service. 10 out of 10 would recommend and definitely would try again. Great job staff..

I have no idea how this store is even still open. From the management to the employees, ratchet, rude, lazy, and disrespectful for no reason. AND DO NOT EVEN TRY TO ORDER DELIVERY. They NEVER have a driver, and don't even have the common sense to disable the option to set up an order for delivery on their website or on UBEREATS.
