I have never had a tuna fish sandwich I did not like. I was excited that they had a drive-thru that was cool but I see why I will always go inside to get my sandwich unless it was a Blimpie.
First I ordered a number 15 toasted cuz it's winter. However it tasted so weird I just couldn't waste my money like this so I went back in to get another sandwich and I forgot to tell them to put onions on here but I did tell them to put some oil vinegar and oregano. I taste the oregano but the vinegar and oil is missing and the tuna is still terrible I said I wasn't going to do no more bad reviews but I hate wasting money because I work too hard for it. But I don't know if the tuna is old or not being stored properly but something is definitely wrong!! The sandwich is not giving a good look it just look dry and taste funny. And I'm still frowning as I text this message it's terrible and I feel even more worse because I just wasted $12 on this trying to eat healthy and could have went to Bojangles, you eeww. However the cashier is a vibe!! Everyone ain't meant to serve food it starts with your soul your energy and them sandwich makers just ain't giving greatness!! đ€ą

Came for the pickle sandwich and it truly did not disappoint! But I came to rave about how amazing Ray Ray is, I love visiting establishments where the customer service is top tier, she upsold me and had the brightest attitude. Also my first time having jimmy john 10/10

I had the #1, and it was satisfyingly delicious. But this review is about Catina the young lady at the drive-thru, her energy is AMAZING, đ€©, FRIENDLY, ENERGETIC, AND PROFESSIONAL. I knew when I placed the order the food was going to be great because her customer service was everything âââââ x10

I didnât want to give a bad review, I rarely have an issue at this location but I would like corporate to know that the new Kickin Ranch recipe is terrible in my familyâs opinion. Please bring the old recipe back.

To the person running this location, KUDDOS!!! Every time, always clean, friendly staff and a perfect sandwich. When I asked for a manager name to compliment the place, to my surprise, she was the one making the sandwiches, cleaning, greeting customers and handling the staff. I watched her move with poise and know exactly why she is running the STORE. Quita, you stand out. Keep up the SUPERB job you are doing at this location.

I grabbed a sub from Jimmy Johnâs and found it pretty comparable to Subway. No complaintsâthe food was fine, the experience was straightforward, and everything was average in a good way.
A solid option if youâre looking for a quick, familiar sandwich.

I ordered online after leaving work at 8pm I arrived and the store was closed!! I went next door to Bojangles where they informed me that they'd (jimmy johns) had been closed since 2pm. Google said the store closed at 9pm. I called the store the next morning I was told I would get a refund. Also spoke to corporate where I was told I'd get an email the order is still pending and I'm yet to receive a email or refund.đ€·đŸ

The lack of service was truly unbelievable today. The young man taking my order, couldn't seem to tear himself from his phone to take my order. Once taken ( in the most unprofessional manner , being curt and acking as if he was annoyed with my very presence ) , He informed me that I could pick up my order at the end of the counter. Additionally informing me that if I wanted salt and pepper on my sandwich, I couldn't get it placed on the sandwich as he was making it, bur there were packets for me to take with me. The final insult came when I was forced to bag my own sandwich. I hadn't been to this particular location in a while and certainly won't be going back. Where do they get these anti customers service oriented individuals from , and why are they paying them to insult customers
