Absolutely love this Jimmy Johns crew. By far my favorite store. I noticed a lot of reviews left by customers complaining but I eat inside often and I see first hand how hard this crew works trying to get the customers orders to them on time. It has to be hard servicing the entire area of Sandy Springs when everyone is hungry all at the same time. This is by far once of the best run Jimmy Johns I’ve visited.

Ordered and paid thru the app and showed up 15 minutes later to a locked door (over 4 hours before closing). I banged on the door and 2 employees came out from the back….looks like they were taking a weed break. My sandwich was not ready and then they proceeded to make my sandwich. It was freaky slow.

I work at one of the hospitals nearby and frequently order. Food is always super fresh and tastes great. I believe it’s Brad that usually drops my food off and always a+++++ service, extremely fast and very friendly.

I ordered a simple Turkey Tom and my sandwich was delivered with absolutely no turkey on it. I don't understand how the only meat on the sandwich can be missed. When I tried to call to explain the issue there is no answer at the store. Will never be ordering from this location again.

I have ordered twice from this place for my husband and either they just don't show up the food is completely wrong. Worst service I've ever had at a jimmie johns location. Gave the every detail they need to find this construction site in the middle of the Prado in roswell. Never tried to ask just left and took it back to store. Will not be ordering from this store ever again!!!!
Horrible experience! Want to give it ZERO stars. Manager is rude!!! We walked in and ordered 3 sandwiches to go. When we got home, our order was incorrect!!! We called and spoke to the manager and he was not willing to do anything for us...he asked for receipt info and we couldn't give it to him as a receipt was never given to us upon check out :( They have the order history in their system, he could have easily checked the order and owned up to his mistake, but he didn't. NEVER AGAIN! This will not be tolerated when there are other great sandwich shops to go to instead. I pride myself on being from Sandy Springs, living and working here, and this business needs to go! Just shocking being treated this way, it's awful!

Came in at 8 on friday jan 3 at 7:58. This store closed at 9 we asked for a 30 pack of subs to go with meat and cheese only. They said they would need two hours to make the subs and no one was doing a single thing. The dude w dreads wanted to deny us so bad we were trying to make the order so easy for him. Ok we went to the next closest jimmy johns they made it in ten minutes lol. Like cmon dude were a private school who comes to atlanta every year for an event and use jimmy johns. We have l used jimmy johns already 18 times this year for the thirty packs. No one ever told us it would take two hours to make a thirty pack of turkey and cheese. Bro make 5 and cut them cmon jimmy
