Nonchalant attitude, with not one piece of a normal pace in making the food. I ordered online and it was 20 minutes. Yes it was at 1:50, but there was not a lunch rush; the place had 2 people inside. And when I get the sandwich it was not even correct. I can appreciate if they were rushing and made a mistake, this is just frankly not giving one shred of care

I don’t understand how this location closes at 8:30pm, yet before 5pm, right during the dinner hours, the dining area is closed. People are getting off work and leaving classes, yet they can’t even sit and eat. Awful and such a turn off. Bad management for sure. It’s spring and diners would probably buy more if they could sit and eat.

Jimmy John's has to be one of the worst sandwich maker chains. $1.50 for one sliced of cheese on a skimpy turkey tom sandwich. Ridiculous!

After three visits in one week I'm impressed with the operation due to the high volume of sales. I'm a fan of the JJ chain.

The location is just off Emory University campus. Great signage and they have their own lot. No debris on the walk up to their door.

Service was the weakest aspect of my visits, but it was efficient. So no niceties and smiles with my interactions, but fast service.

The dining room is small, but no issues with 90% of their business take out. Everything was clean. The soda area was also clean.

My sandwich was ham, cheese, mayo and tomato on white eaten in. We got a few plain ham and cheese only for my son who was swimming nearby at the school.

I'm at a 3.5 rounding up. The cashier could smile elevating.

Don’t come here, they don’t know what they’re doing. Just ordered a turkey sub, beach club, to go. Employee said “beach club” and handed it to me. Got back home and it’s a different sandwich with ham on it. $10 in the garbage. Called and they said I can order another one online (and pay for it), no apology even.

Went there this afternoon and couldn't find anyone to help us inside. We walked out the 2nd entrance and found 2 workers smoking. We went to Cosmic Dave's instead.

They don’t know how to apply gift cards and they close at 1pm on Mondays apparently? Got shooed away when I showed up and door locked in front of me

I ordered online for delivery. Waited 30 minutes past when it should have been delivered. Checked online and it said order had been completed, but I hadn’t received the order yet, so I called. They said someone had tried to call me (they did not - no missed call, no voicemail, nothing) to let me know they didn’t have a delivery driver and they canceled my order. Seriously?!? Just cancel my order with zero communication? Even if they did try to call and it went to voicemail you can’t even leave a voicemail?
