As other reviews have stated, delivery time is appalling. It's been out for delivery for an hour and a half and we're about 1/2 mile away. Not the first time for us, but will be the last time.

Just go somewhere else. Ordered delivery - took 2.5 hours. Wouldn’t have even been that’s upset but the potato salad I ordered was 4 days expired. Pretty obvious they just don’t care, who can blame them I guess. If you want to wait hours and eat expired food, give them a try, if not just go anywhere else. Will never order from them again.

Not the easiest location to park around, but the staff and food was fantastic. Everyone was out for spring break and it was PACKED all down the street. The 2 ladies inside were extremely personable and made the stressful drive over much more bearable. My Italian night club was also one of the best that I've ever had. That's saying a lot because I've eaten my fair share. Highly recommended.

I’ve been waiting for 3 hours for my sandwich delivery, and no one can tell me when it’s going to be here. The last 2 orders took over an hour. I’ll never order from this location again, and I’ve never had these problems with other locations.

I love Jimmy John’s and love the staff that work at this location. I live around the corner and will order delivery when I have to work from home. However “freaky fast” needs to be taken off their delivery slogan as their delivery can sometimes take up to two hours.

Freaky fast -- no joke! I've been coming here for months and their food is consistently fresh, tasty, and on time. Plus, everyone in the shop is super friendly. Would recommend!

I was greeted immediately as I entered. That’s always a gold star from me. Even if you’re busy, acknowledgement is one of the keys to customer service. Then they were fast. My order of 3 sandwiches were done as soon as I got done cashing out.

I called to ask about the delivery of my order because the online email stated deliver I called to get more information because it shows delivery. She told me I just managed the store and i do not manager that part of life . To say she a manager that should not been stated to a customer I work in management I would have never addressed any customer in that way . It is other ways to address the customer i wasn't rude to her at all . Today was a lesson learned on why I should not spend my money at this place again .

The cashier was really polite and patient while I scanned the menu. Ended up with the favorites combo #12 Beach Club. The rest of the staff was ok nut my problem was the woman that made my sub kind of slapped everything on there rolled it and called it a day I guess. It was kind of too moist and fall apart as I tried to eat it which was disappointing. I had a better experience at the JJ near Emory so I think I'll just go there next time.
