I stay 2 buildings over I walk down to the shop it's close at 6pm it says 7pm .. sometimes you have to reach the top people to correct this . I pay big money to live down here and enjoy the shopping.. I will be reaching out this is poor work ethic . Matters well close it down.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! I order through the app and placed a delivery. It never showed up and I called multiple times. The indian worker or whatever it was that answer was extremely rude and needs to learn better English.

Had the picklewich & I wasn’t disappointed. Pickle was huge, but the jalapeño sauce on the side was delicious. Definitely hit the spot.
Placed my order & it was ready within 10 minutes. Nice for a quick grab & go during lunch.

So I had every chance to order via DD but then I really couldn't track the courier. Once I placed the order it stated received for the longest time then went to the "Re-Order" status. I did not see an update on the site itself and I have called the store more than 20 times and the phone just rang.

I finally got through to someone who told me that my order was on the way but did not ask me what my name or order was. He asked me to hold on and then HUNG UP ON ME. It is now 1:43p and I have called the store 15+ times and no answer. My company is in the Food/Hospitality Industry and this THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! The funny thing is that we order from this location frequently. the level of service has diminished as time has passed. I am very upset that WE cannot - yes, we as my co-workers have called as well, cannot get an answer.

Showed up for a pickup order. Manager said they didn't have it and offered to charge me again. I had ordered on my laptop and couldn't pull up on phone. Gave name, description of order, etc. Had to walk 6 minutes back to my apt to forward myself confirmation and then walk back to show manager.

"Oh yeah it's right here"

No apology, nothing offered to make it right. I love JJ and am staying here for a week. I'll walk a few more minuted to go to a different one.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! IVE ORDERED TWICE ON 2 SEPERATE OCCASIONS & THERE WERE BUGS IN MY FOOD! THE FIRST TIME THERE WAS A FLY IN MY SANDIWICH & THE SECOND TIME THERE WAS WHAT LOOKED LIKE A WORM/CATERPILLAR IN MY SANDWICH! THANK GOD I CHECK MY FOOD BEFORE I EAT IT. THEY ARE FILTHY AND NASTY!!! Worst turkey sandwich ever! They put only 1 lonely slice of turkey cold cut, just cheap and insane! It was filled with lettuce and dry as the sahara.. I was desperate after visiting a museum and was so hungry. When I got home to eat rest, I only had a bite there. It was so dry, and when I opened the wrap to see only one slice of turkey! Now, it made sense why the wrap was so tasteless cause it was filled with lettuce! Worst sandwich of my life. But the pesto pasta salad was ok but never going back to this establishment again, Subalway sandwiches are 10 times better than this poor excuse!

I haven’t ever really had a problem with delivery times or food quality, but if you ask to pay cash for your delivery only have the exact amount you intend to pay. We asked for change and were told the delivery person didn’t have any. This put us in a position where we were forced to tip an insane amount in order to receive our food.It should have been explicitly stated that it is EXACT CHANGE ONLY.

Ordered delivery right before they opened and scheduled the drop off to be between 10:30 - 11:00 a.m. with the options the app gave us, didn't receive it until 1:40 p.m. No call saying there would be a delay and it was really hard to get them to answer the phone. Awful communication, if they had just called saying there would be a delay, we would have been understanding, or chose a different place to eat. We're in Atlanta attending Momocon and was stuck waiting on this food instead of enjoying our weekend. The con closes at 5 p.m. and we have a four hour drive home, this whole situation is ridiculous.
