Every time I go to Jimmy John’s, I know exactly what I’m getting—fresh, tasty food and lightning-fast service. The bread is always soft and flavorful, the meats and veggies are super fresh, and everything is made just how I like it. My favorite sandwich is a (Turkey Tom) and it hits the spot every single time.
What really sets this place apart is how fast and efficient they are. Even during busy hours, my order is ready in no time, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The store is clean, well-organized, and clearly run by people who care about quality and consistency.
It’s hard to find places that are both fast and reliable, but Jimmy John’s pulls it off every time. Definitely one of my favorite spots for a quick, satisfying meal! What an amazing Team they have !

I order frequently from them because they're the only delivery place near my work. Despite always asking them to call instead of ringing reception, they usually ignore it. Today, on a street with tons of foot traffic (read as: lots of potential porch pirates), they knocked on the door of my office building once, then, without waiting for an answer, just left my meal on the doorstep.
From now on, I will not be tipping in advance. I will hand the delivery person a cash tip when I see them face to face and after checking to make sure my order is complete (also an inconsistency at this location).

The worst service ever. Definitely won’t be back. Visited location today, September 8 at 11:05 am. Customer service was terrible. The female cashier (name on receipt Jal) was at the register talking on her cellphone. At first, I thought maybe she was talking to a customer. When I stood there for about a minute or so, she said “you can order” and told whomever she was chatting with to hold on. I ordered and asked for my payment receipt and she said they will give it when you get the order, then went back into conversation. The gentleman that prepped the food was the only one that was half way decent acting. The manner was standing in the back as well on his personal cellphone. When I got my order they did not barely have any condiments out. I had to ask and someone had to go into the back to get. Keep in mind the place had just opened up a few minutes prior. I definitely will not be back.

The customer service is horrible. I'm the only person in the shop. Even if they had online orders that's understandable. But acknowledge that im standing there for 5min no ill get with you or say hi mellow mushroom got my money instead.. poor customer service results in bad services..

I’ve been a loyal customer of Jimmy John’s for a long time, but my most recent experience was incredibly disappointing. It felt like something had changed—maybe new management or staff—but the service was total chaos.
I waited in line for over 30 minutes just to get a normal sandwitch nothing customized! Regular! My order was completely forgotten, and when I finally got the food after all the confusion, it wasn’t even close to what I’ve consistently ordered for months—the Ultimate Italian??? Instead, I received a poorly made sandwich with barely two slices of deli meat and a pile of lettuce. It was nothing like what I’ve come to expect.
This was supposed to be a quick and reliable stop, but it turned into a frustrating waste of time. Really disappointed, and honestly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Sandwich was good, but biggest disappointment was that my sandwich didn’t have any sliced pickles. I asked and they said its $2 for a whole pickle that they can slice up. What? Since when did the sliced pickles not come free on a sandwich?
Store is clean and the employees are fine just disappointed that my sandwich wasn’t customized the way I wanted without an added charge.

This is a nice Jimmy John's I have always loved the flavor of the sandwiches at this chain compared to other sandwich shops. The location is rather convenient in the middle of a lot of relevant places. Service is decent.

The code the bathroom is too many numbers to remember. Other than that, no issues. Sandwich was delicious and service was good.
Don’t go to this location. Got the club Lulu and ended up getting food poisoning. Throw up and diarrhea all night. The works are also not nice and rude.

I stay 2 buildings over I walk down to the shop it's close at 6pm it says 7pm .. sometimes you have to reach the top people to correct this . I pay big money to live down here and enjoy the shopping.. I will be reaching out this is poor work ethic . Matters well close it down.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! I order through the app and placed a delivery. It never showed up and I called multiple times. The indian worker or whatever it was that answer was extremely rude and needs to learn better English.
