Placed an order at 839pm on the app. Walked in at 851pm to pick it up. They said they are closed. Why take the order online if you’re closed. Why have your hours till 9pm if you’re closed.

Placed an order at the wrong location @ 925 peachtree st. by accident and the location was closed but my credit card was still charged. I never recieved my meal. Have tried to contact the store for not several days since this occurred during regular business hours and can’t get anyone to answer the phone to help me. Poor Customer Service and online app capabilities, 0 stars.

Got a picklewhch. $8 for one slice of salami and no pepperoni. Would not recommend. The staff were friendly and nice. Bathroom was not .

This location is pretty awful. Take a look around and you can see right away it's not clean. Staff is mostly nice but not always. The quality is a total joke. Always poorly made sandwiches and very low quality ingredients.

The location on 14th is way better than this location.

The staff at this location also are just always hanging around. Today an employee was sleeping on a booth, another was listening to loud music, and another person without a shirt just went behind the counter to get their phone off a charger. Pretty embarrassing for the brand how this location is run.

Don’t dine here. The workers were baby sitting children. They had diapers and runny noses. Not a place to eat. The food is mediocre.

As many others have said, awful delivery service. Place an order, it says out for delivery for several hours and no-one answers the phone when I call.

I walk in at 7:40pm to place an order. The guy sitting in a booth says pick up only (they close at 9pm fyi). I then ask if I can put in an order on the app and he says they “ain’t makin em anymore”. Talk about being lazy

1.5 hours waiting because they are filling catering orders and leaving normal business customers out cold. (Catering business requires separate staff if conducted during normal rush hours)
Marked my order as out for delivery and I called 30 minutes later to check and as suspected, it was not out for delivery. They were further delaying my order of over $100 to add last minute order in the same building to the trip. IE: their small inconvenience for multiple trips is more important than my 2 hour wait well beyond reasonable lunch periods.
Customer centric focus this location does not have. A lot of work to do from the owner.

Freaky fast? Only how fast I’ll choose another location in the future.

I’ve been ordering from this location for years. I will agree with a lot of these reviews that they used to take over an hour to deliver to me a block away. I feel like this really started after the pandemic. I order from them pretty frequently and the last few orders this month have all been delivered “freaky fast” just like when they first opened here. There was one order that was wrong and they were very helpful over the phone and gave me a credit to my next order which I appreciated. Other than that, food is always good and service has significantly improved since these reviews were written.
