walked in the store at 12:40 on a Saturday, there was nobody in the store and they told us it would be a 30min wait. What a joke of a restaurant

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!! The orders will take over an hour and a half and
they don’t have working phones. I had to come to grab my order, just to find out the store hadn’t even started it or acknowledged it. Once I went in there was nobody here and the guy behind the counter made my order no problem. I can imagine that ordering at the counter would be okay, but DO NOT DO DELIVERY! They are also definitely smoking/allowing smoking weed inside bc it reeks real bad.

I order here frequently but will have to stop. Delivery is no longer fast. It took 2 hours to receive my food and when I called they said once it has left the store there is nothing we can do. Food arrived warm and soggy

Ugh. Remember when Jimmy John's used to be freaky fast? that is LONG gone now. The last 3 deliveries have taken 45 min, 50 min, and 70 min , respectively. EVERY SINGLE order has been missing an item and they're using Uber to deliver now? Terrible.

I ordered food on Monday and I received the wrong order, I tried calling no answer but an hour later I did get someone on the phone and I was given a store credit which I tried to call and use today and I did not get an answer at all, this was a inconvenience to me trying to get lunch while I am at work.

Placed an order at 839pm on the app. Walked in at 851pm to pick it up. They said they are closed. Why take the order online if you’re closed. Why have your hours till 9pm if you’re closed.

Placed an order at the wrong location @ 925 peachtree st. by accident and the location was closed but my credit card was still charged. I never recieved my meal. Have tried to contact the store for not several days since this occurred during regular business hours and can’t get anyone to answer the phone to help me. Poor Customer Service and online app capabilities, 0 stars.

Got a picklewhch. $8 for one slice of salami and no pepperoni. Would not recommend. The staff were friendly and nice. Bathroom was not .
