Just ordered today with my office and the lettuce was brown. Also the sandwich just didn’t taste good. Not sure how one can mess up a veggie sandwich ..

The sandwich didn't taste as good as the ones at Subway or Publix. In fact, it was a bit disgusting, possibly due to the low quality of the mayo. This was my first time at Jimmy John's, and I don’t plan on eating there again. Additionally, the sandwiches are much more expensive than their counterparts. You can't watch your sandwich being made or choose your toppings like in other sandwich restaurants. However, the staff was helpful.

Ordered at 1:18 order took over a hour. lunch break over. I called to get a possible update and was told driver is somewhere with my order. Didn’t get any concern about my lunch hour. They really need to update the slogan if they will no longer provide fast service.

AVOID AT ALL COST.
30+ minute wait for a mobile order, and it took me less than 5 minutes to walk in, order the same sandwich and walk out with it?!? Absolutely unacceptable. Since the management changed, this location has gone down the drain.
Go to the Peachtree Rd location, you'll be better off.

Really don’t have any issues with this place it’s right next to the office it’s just the old lady that answer the phone that’s hard of hearing.Please get another staff member to handle calls because when it’s busy she function well. No harm but it’s better for business especially when someone is calling with a catering order. N when you address and issue or a concern she will dismiss the matter as if the “Customer” is wrong. I had an issue where I order a small sandwich and at the bottom end of the bread there was mold. I called to address the old lady wouldn’t let me get the statement out without staying “NO”. We have Microsoft staff that order from this location frequently but we will find another.

This location screws up orders on a regular basis and they must have missed the memo on “freaky fast”….incredibly slow

The manager Charles called me to cancel my $55 order due to not being stocked on bread. He told me I would be refunded within a few days. A week goes by and I speak with him, he remembers my exact order and told me since it wasn't refunded he would make the same order when I come into the location. I get there and he acts completely clueless as to what's going on and say there's nothing he can do. Had to ultimately put a dispute with my bank. He's a thief and I personally believe he does it to multiple customers to steal money. This isn't the first time I've seen this location do that now. It's a shame jimmy johns will allow anyone to be a manager there.

awful. used to 100% review. He actually gave me packets of things that I ask for on my sandwich in the side of the cup which was ridiculous. I felt humiliated cuz of another customer standing there waiting for their order. Always check order. cannot look at receipt untill food is made.
Staff person taking my order was extremely friendly and the person who made my sandwich was too. Got a Giant Gargantuan and it really filled me up. Pictured is just half of my sub. Very fast service. Took one star off on atmosphere because the parking in that plaza is not the greatest and can get packed during lunch time.
