Look, it’s hard to find a place these days where the floor isn't sticky and the staff doesn't look like they hate their lives. But this Jimmy John's? 10/10. I popped in to order to-go and the store was immaculate. Like, actually sparkling clean. The crew was amazing and super friendly, welcoming, and fast as hell. It’s refreshing to walk into a place, be treated like a human being, and get great food in a clean environment. Whatever management is doing here, keep doing it.

The food at Jimmy John’s was good. The worker was kind. However, I ordered the Caesar Chicken Wrap, and the man got order wrong and made me a chicken bacon sub. I only realized when I opened the packaging. It wasn’t a big deal and it was the same price, so I just left it. But I know I clearly said my order. Jimmy John’s is more pricy than I would like, but it still tastes good.

Fantastic! Ordered a lot of meals on short notice for a work meeting. The meals were ready fast and with excellent customer service! The order was exactly correct. The employee even held the door open for me. I can’t say enough good about the service I experienced. Thank you to the employees working at 2-3PM on 6/25/25!

The owner stands cross-armed and glares at customers giving their orders. Our sandwiches felt “very skimpy” compared to other Jimmy Johns I frequent. I’ve always given 5’s to Jimmy Johns, but not this location.

My unwich was poorly made. It was a lettuce boat with most of the ingredients on one side when I unwrapped it and the cheese held it together because the lettuce didn't wrap around it. I had to eat it with a fork. The cashier was cutting meat with the same gloves she collected the money with. I also felt rushed to order even though I was the only customer at that time.

The sandwich didn't taste as good as the ones at Subway or Publix. In fact, it was a bit disgusting, possibly due to the low quality of the mayo. This was my first time at Jimmy John's, and I don’t plan on eating there again. Additionally, the sandwiches are much more expensive than their counterparts. You can't watch your sandwich being made or choose your toppings like in other sandwich restaurants. However, the staff was helpful.

Ordered at 1:18 order took over a hour. lunch break over. I called to get a possible update and was told driver is somewhere with my order. Didn’t get any concern about my lunch hour. They really need to update the slogan if they will no longer provide fast service.

30+ minute wait for a mobile order, and it took me less than 5 minutes to walk in, order the same sandwich and walk out with it?!? Absolutely unacceptable. Since the management changed, this location has gone down the drain.
Go to the Peachtree Rd location, you'll be better off.
