Staff person taking my order was extremely friendly and the person who made my sandwich was too. Got a Giant Gargantuan and it really filled me up. Pictured is just half of my sub. Very fast service. Took one star off on atmosphere because the parking in that plaza is not the greatest and can get packed during lunch time.

For a company that prides itself on "freaky fast delivery", they don't have delivery drivers? I ordered through the JJ app. Then 10 minutes later I get a refund... with no explanation. So I called and they said they didn't have drivers so I couldn't get it delivered? So, because they don't have drivers, I decided to Door Dash my order because I'm stuck at work with no food.It also gets refunded and this time they actually called me to tell me they didn't have drivers. Why advertise on Door Dash if you "use your own drivers" and don't accept Door Dash Drivers to deliver?! But they don't have drivers at this Jimmy Johns.I'm so annoyed, and when I spoke to the employees on the phone, they couldn't care less. Bad customer service, they don't have delivery drivers, and they don't contact you if something is wrong with your order. You're just left in the dark.

I ordered the turkey tom and reiterated several times that I only wanted turkey, lettuce, and tomatoes on my sandwich. The person that fixed my sandwich asked me if I wanted cheese and I told him no. He still decided to put cheese on my sandwich.

I regularly order from JJ, so this visit wasn't any different from my norm. This is my first time at this location. I found it sort of odd that I could not see my sandwich being made, like at all other locations that I have visited. I assumed because it was nearing closing time. O one else was in the store except myself and the staff (an older gentleman).I ALWAYS order #6 Veggie- cheese, veggies and avocado spread. This sandwich at this location, after 2 bites, made my stomach aching, like I felt instant nausea. I barely made it home before a serious bathroom accident. I was down sick for nearly 3 days! Needless to say, wasted $11 (brownie for dessert). Never will I ever visit this location! It's been 2 weeks, and I still have the brownie. I was traumatized from that sandwich.

It's Jimmy John's so everything related to how the food tasted was fine like you'd expect. The issue I had was that I ordered 6 subs for the office for pickup, and they completely forgot to put one of the subs in the box (double checked everything, receipt was correct). So yeah it's JJs, it is was it is, but check your order before you leave if you're getting more than 1 sandwich.
