Today I had a horrible experience. I never had such a bad experience at this location. Typically this is my favorite location to go to. Today there just have been new staff. I’m more familiar with the prior crew. However , I asked for a glove change due to witnessing pork being touched and also seeing an employee clean up and throw away receipts that hung above the food line. Immediately there was an attitude. When I was watching my subs being made after the fact , the employee sarcastically said to whom I believe was the manager , “could you grab this I don’t want to touch this and then touch her sub” (sarcastically) immediately I then ask the manager to service me in which my order was remade a few times. The manager in the middle of making my sub went to the back to grab “a yellow based oil “ (not sure what it was ) and continue making my same sub with the gloves she went to the back with. This whole experience was disappointing and unsanitary. When I left I bought food from somewhere else ! I am very unhappy with my experience.

I’ve been ordering from Jimmy John’s for a while now and they never disappoint. The sandwiches are always fresh, the bread is perfect, and the ingredients taste high quality. What really stands out is how fast they deliver! Whether I order online or in-store the service is consistently friendly and efficient. Highly recommend for a quick and satisfying meal. Today was my first time ordering inside, I always do delivery, but Zarria and Chyna was the most amazing ladies I ever dealt with

Jimmy John’s is my go-to spot when I need something quick and delicious. The sandwiches are consistently fresh, the bread is soft with just the right crunch, and the ingredients always taste top quality. I’m always impressed with how fast my order is ready—whether I’m picking up or getting it delivered. The new staff is friendly and kind.. the store is clean, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Keep up the great work! I always happens to get the same 2 young ladies everytime i order Zarria and Chyna always working !

This place is always trash and they close a hour before the the time posted online that says was updated by the business recently. They really need to close this place down. The staff let they’re friends do whatever they want it seems like and it’s very unprofessional. Terrible terrible terrible location.

I just placed a order at 750 pm and got a call from Alonzo saying they closed at 8 03 pm. Online it says this location closes at 9 pm. I did a online order and was pulling up this is not the way to do bissness.

Stopped here for a quick lunch and the customer in front of me had a gift card that wasn't running. The woman making sandwiches told the cashier that she would pay for it to make sure the guy didn't leave without a sandwich! He ended up having another card that swiped, but she was super kind to stand up and help and she should be recognized. Food was just as good as any other JJ but I commend the employee's for their kindness.

Seems like they're closing early. Tried going by at 7:30pm, chairs were all up on the tables. Called to check, and got no answer. Food's good when you can get it, though the service has been unfriendly the last few times I've been. Really disappointing since this was one of my favorite sub spots prior to and during the pandemic. :(

Second time I’ve had a horrible experience at this specific location. Try to hire some people that don’t clearly hate their lives and take it out on customers—because this is the most rude bunch of people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. This time, they locked the doors at least 13 minutes before closing and the lady at the counter seemed to think being rude and motioning at me to get lost from the counter was the best response. I used to love JJ, but an organization that employs these types of people is not one I trust to prepare food anymore.
