Stopped here for a quick lunch and the customer in front of me had a gift card that wasn't running. The woman making sandwiches told the cashier that she would pay for it to make sure the guy didn't leave without a sandwich! He ended up having another card that swiped, but she was super kind to stand up and help and she should be recognized. Food was just as good as any other JJ but I commend the employee's for their kindness.

As an opportunity for improvement here, is there a way the "system" can be updated? It's consistently down on the weekends and the store only accepts cash. I'm writing because this is the second Saturday in a row I've been turned away for not having cash. This is becoming a consistent occurrence.I appreciate the convenience of this place and the sandwiches are solid. I try to swing by on the weekends if I want something quick and appetizing. My feedback...
