I am not typically a person who leaves reviews, but my experience at this location tonight was so disappointing that I felt compelled to. I came in this evening after sitting in traffic, looking forward to a quick, easy order. Instead, I was met with a snarky employee who made fun of the way I talked while taking my order. They did not ask me any of the standard follow-up questions, which made me feel both disrespected and like an afterthought. Overall the sandwhich was decent, but won't be returning to this location.

My sandwich was perfect. My bread was soft and warm with some crispness. I usually have to add ranch or mayo to my sandwiches, but I didn't this time.I was nearby and wanted something more filling.
This is nice place that I wish had a dedicated parking area.

First time to this Jimmy John's. First time for Cubano. I don't know about these poor comments but I had good service and good sandwich. Off the beaten path even on Peachtree but very convenient if you at Piedmont Atlanta hospital. Across the street. maybe a block and a half.

What a ripoff—absolutely ridiculous. $8.16 for two slices of regular bread with just veggies, no meat no chips no drink. Worst financial decision of the day. Never again in this lifetime, Jimmy John's.

I stopped in for a JJ sandwich today, and when I left I just couldn’t stop thinking about the amazing & friendly service provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with their smiles which totally set the tone for my visit. The staff were so genuinely friendly, kind and attentive. I felt very appreciated as a customer. It was so nice to be greeted by friendly welcoming faces!
I was the only one in the store with three employees working. Order a simple sandwich with all the freebies nothing else. The sandwich came with meat, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. No mayonnaise no mustard or anything else. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know a sandwich needs some kind of mayonnaise mustard or anything. The employee that made the sandwich was too busy eating their own meal in the restaurant as they jumped up to create the sandwich and rush through it not even thinking about what they were or we’re not putting on the sandwich or considering the order itself. Wish I wouldn’t have left a tip. I don’t normally leave reviews, but wow, this is some basic stuff people…

No bread? What is the deal. How are you Sub shop with no bread. You want me to wait 30 mins on a freaky fast sub. What a joke. Then I ask for a refund and you say it’s going to take some time. What a waste of my own time.

So it's about 323 p.m. on a Sunday and the door was locked. Only one employee in there and she informed me that they're closed which makes no sense seeing as they close at 8:00 p.m. and I eat there regularly which is unfortunate but I won't be going back anytime soon
