JJ’s fish and chicken

The food is good but the cashiers aren’t welcoming. They are stingy with the mild sauce, you have to ask for it whereas they use to keep it on a table for self service.

Greenbriar location. Chicken was too greasy. I called and was told by the manager that they only change grease on Thursday night. High volume frying should be changed every 2-3 days. not going back as long as that's the policy.

I When I called your business, I asked the lady who answered the phone to speak with the manager. She put me on hold and a man answered with an accent and said he was the manager. I didn't get his name but he told me that the Greenbriar location change the oil every Thursday night. It was Thursday afternoon when I bought the chicken. It was full of grease. I believe your manager and not what you replied in your response. Some businesses with foreign owners think they can come in certain neighborhoods and scale back on quality and franchise requirements. You lost my trust and business. I'm certainly not returning but I suggest you stop being cheap.

J & J fish and chicken is an amazing place to eat! The wings are always hot and tasty, and the staff is super friendly and fast. I buy from them and also work through DoorDash, and every experience has been great—my orders are always fresh and on time. Love this place!

went there on a family gathering didn't know that they had changed it into a JJ's fish and Chicken from the IHOP It was a great experience prices were lovely the food was phenomenal the workers were absolutely amazing and to know they have shaved ice with a variety of flavors it's extra amazing

Food is delicious. They get happy with the j&j seasoning. You have to tell them not so much if you're watching your sodium intake.

Food is good and fresh. My only issue is that the up charge is ridiculous for sides and the sides aren’t an appropriate portion. Yet, they’ll give you all the fries in the world.

This a family stop after worshipping @ 2819 Church on Sundays! Love love the wings & 🍟. EXTRA CRACK POWDER please ..IFYKYK. FYI, it can get a little loud and crowded quick! But service is quite fast

Not a single sprinkle of seasoning on my food which is crazy cus that’s literally what JJ’s is known for. How the hell you forget that. No ranch seasoning and the chicken and fish itself barely seasoned. Overall disappointment I could’ve kept my money and fried chicken at home.

Fish and chicken is always super hot and fresh. Very tasty. Needs to work on operations at front counter. Work with one customer at a time. Ensure the customer order is correct before hand off. Ask customer what condiments they want. Stop rushing so you don’t waste or drop people’s food which of course impacts your bottom line
